Excellent value for money, and the best nights sleep you could ask for.This was our favourite place we stayed in Gulmarg, and it is because of the brilliant owners and their team especially Adii . I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COTTAGE FOR FAMILY VACATION. We stayed in this hotel for one night in May 2023 with my family. My experience with this hotel is very bad. The staff here is good, but when we visited it was just one cook managing the whole cottage who was absolutely clueless about what's happening. The manager was no where to be found. The rooms are very very average for a family of 3. The bed heating is not at all sufficient for the cold weather of gulmarg. The rooms are not insulated at all. The bathrooms are average, and hot water takes 30-40 mins to come. Only one tap has hot water. The location is something I did not like. There is no vehicle friendly approach available. The path is very raw and gets extremely muddy during rains.

I am so happy to spent a weeks holiday here at Roseland cottage Gulmarg. I suggest to visit here, more suited for couples. The famous Gandola Cable Car Corporation, golf club, church, fishing lake and children's park are nearby locations which one can visit by foot.
