The overall experience was very good... Its is a newly launched hotel with good infrastructure and facilities. Spa, restaurant and gym are available. Foods are expected to be 100% halal and the best in the region. Service is kind enough but they are struggling with professionalism. The staff is relatively new they will take some time. There was problem with hot water supply and there were sime sanitary issues. The lift is under construction and expected to be available in future. The best thing was its sky lounge dinner and the views from this roof top is really awesome. Location is relatively away from city (around 4kms from the city). Worth to stay...

We have stayed here during our 2021 and 2022 Himalayan Motorcycle Rides and things have surely deterioted in the last one year. The rooms are in a pretty bad condition and the overall buzz is missing. The location of this hotel is superb, away from the hustle bustle and bang on the highway. We have never ordered food here across the 4 nights we have stayed as the Rajouri Town offers fabulous food. Nevertheless, fond memories of this hotel and town. Hope they improve by the time we visit next.

A relatively new addition to the hospitality infrastructure of rapidly growing sector of this border district. The infrastructure, both of the hotel and the restaurant, is quite impressive for the standards of this small town but the quality still needs a lot of improvement. The taste of the food needs considerable improvement so that it compliments the infrastructure standards. During various visits I haven’t seen any major improvement and they are hardly bothered about customer feedback which they should take and take due actions in order to see positive changes.

The hotel has been revamped and is much better now. The restaurant has been refurnished tastefully too. It looks good and spacious but the sofas are very low and that makes it a bit uncomfortable while eating food. We had ordered butter chicken, dal takda and butter naan, which was good and delicious. The ramp at the hotels entrance is a bit too high and should be corrected.

Don't go by the looks, rooms are shabby and don't look clean. Male Receptionist is non courteous and kind of arrogant. He should change his industry though 🤣 Food and service are good. Rooms are poorly lit and you might feel there is not enough light at night. They Don't have power back up, or don't turn it on to save opex. 😜 It's adjoining a school and on highway, so lots of noise throughout and specially early in morning.

The place was pretty nice, I had the Rara Gosht and Murgh do piaza with butter naan and laccha parantha. The Rara Gosht was really nice but the mutton wasn't tender enough so it was hard to chew it. The Murgh do piaza on the other hand had a really tasty gravy but the chicken had no flavour in it which was frustrating. Nothing special about the laccha parantha. The only thing that I actually enjoyed was the butter naan which was up to the mark.

Serving joke on the name of kashmiri wazwan, ordered special trambi and they served in steel thali's. Food was tasteless and service's were pathetic. Even there lime soda doesn't taste like lime soda.

Non-veg food is totally tasteless, downgraded quality and poor service. They purchase packed Kababs from market and serve it in restaurant which is like cheating with customers. Overall, I never never come here for lunch or dinner.

If you are travelling through Rajouri, this is a good stop for the evening. The rooms were fairly clean. The staff were polite and helpful.
