I booked 2 rooms of the hotel. The were Well cleaned and gave us a cozy feel. The food was very unique ,I saw a new food item masala bread🥪🤤.there were lounge , swimming pool,bar,these were well clean. The staff was very helpful and polite and was able to speak American as well as UK English.

This place was amazing and the staff were so helpful. Just wanted to mention one exceptional staff member, Mrs Lincy Vincent. She was just amazing! Her friendly and smiling nature is something I will always remember this place for! She is a true representation of what a friendly and welcoming service should be. She is an asset to this hotel.

Lindsey - the hotel hostess was charming, very informative and helpful. Rajan and his staff and the restaurant were amazing and helpful. They went all out to assist our group of 10. Hotel room was clean, amenities provided were very satisfactory. This hotel is Highly recommended. Overall stay was very pleasant and enjoyable.

I stayed for one day and the food and service was top notch. The taste of the food was just amazing for whatever we ordered in NonVeg. The service was super fast and the staff was very courteous. I am a big foodie and everything we tried was simply flavourful and extremely tasty. The view from the room is not too great considering its in the center of the city. Room was very comfortable and spacious. All shops are within walking distance.

The hotel is nice. It has all the amenities. But there is nothing to watch outside the window. The location is okay. The dinner we ordered was good. But the breakfast that was included wasn't upto the mark. Overall a good hotel. Just need to improve their morning breakfast that is included with the booking.

My husband and I had such a good experience in this hotel. The rooms were clean and airy. The staff were so kind and polite and were very pro active. We had a wonderful time in this resort.
