Extremely delightful stay for 4 days! 1.Location is easily accessible 2. Parking was available 3. Rooms are neat and clean with all modern amenities 4. Staff behaviour is pleasing and they are well trained and professional 5. Basically, a 4 star hotel with staffs trained in their own field 6. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous and the best treat to start your day. 7. We took breakfast and dinner but they do not serve dinner buffet and it was Ala-Carte. Purely veg, but the food is extremely delicious 8. Everything is so good about this hotel. Only one thing disappointed me that after repeated requests to the housekeeping, hair dryer wasn’t provided to me. Rest, everything was perfect.

The food and taste was just amazing and it was just above my Expectations. The interiors and the designing of the restaurant was just commendable which indeed makes it A picture perfect place. The staff and the waiters were very helpful and decent. The prices quoted for the food is just worth. In total A place to visit with your family and friends to enjoy your weekends!

Areas for Improvement: - The luxury comes with a price, making it a tad bit on the expensive side. - For couples without a shared ID proof, carrying a marriage certificate is advisable, which is very strange for me. - 2 start for room. Despite our reservation for three individuals (2 adults + 1 infant) with a specified preference for a king-size bed, we were surprised upon arrival with a room significantly smaller, featuring a queen-size bed. This unforeseen change presented challenges in ensuring a comfortable night's stay.

Rooms are good but I want to give negative marks to the hotel service staff. They don't know how to behave, non responsive and need training for this job, specially the one on the reception. I would advise not to visit this hotel with your family/spouse, from a safety point of view.

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in Kota. Best part is they provide complementary pickup and drop from Railway Station 24×7. Also they will pack your breakfast incase of early check outs. The food here is awesome too. Definitley worth the money.

Rooms are good but offer an overpriced stay. Competitive options available at approachable distance. Restaurant is available. Quality of food does not meet the level at what it is priced at. Very slow service. Strangely first the staff asks for the feedback and then questions the same, unwilling to accept the fault instead try to counter the customers feedback.

Service and hospitality is the best thing about this hotel, this place covers railway station pickup. The rooms a compact yet comfortable. The breakfast is great with too many options (around 20) dishes and great tasting food. These is a restaurant Soul which serves tasty Indian, Italian & Thai cuisine. Highly recommend for family & work travellers.

They are the best at Kota. Every time you visit you will feel good. No compramise in taste in their food. Very neat and clean with good ambiance with good service. Rooms are also good. Ample of parking space is there. If you are planning to have dinner on weekend then I would like to say to book your table in advance if they have advance booking available else you will have to wait a little bit outside the hotel due to heavy family traffic.

Hotel Lilac is a very nice property in Kota. Property is new and clean. The room is luxurious with all required amenities. The best part of the property is breakfast. They serve fantastic breakfast with a lot of options. Service was excellent. I got a proper drop and packed breakfast as I had an early morning checkout. The location is in the middle of the city but it was walking distance from my office location. Property need to work upon check-in time and early check-in charges. Check-in time is of 1 PM which is not reasonable.

Apart from ambience,The staff is great. Everyone was very polite and tried to attend our needs. I was there with my 2 year old little bub to attend marriage and they packed chapatis very well so that he did'n miss lunch.. 5/5 for service and staff. Kudos team lilac!!!

A great experience in Kota. Ambience is pretty good. You can come here with family for some quality dinner. Service and hospitabilty - Excellent. The staff is polite and prompt about anything. Food - The quality and quantity is decent. Price is bit on higher side (relative to Kota prices) but it's worth every penny.

Best hotel to stay in Kota near the railway station. I gave 5 stars for service , Hotel staff quickly resolved your issue if you have. Even they upgrade your room in the same tariff in case rooms are not as per your requirement.

It's close to the railway station, so quite convenient distance-wise. Rooms are tiny and bathrooms are congested, but they are clean. Housekeeping service is slow and bathrooms do need attention for some of them the exhaust fan wasn't working.

Must say their hospitality is really amazing & their hotel is v famous for their food it's amazing must try their main course !! Also their breakfast is nice !!

Basically I paid twice for the room and the staff pretended that they would fix this after "papework". I cancelled my booking since my train was going to arrive at 6 am instead of 9pm the day before, so I had to pay a cancellation fee. But then the train arrived at 3 am so I checked in and paid again. Weiting this review while I am staying in the hotel. The room is extremely noisy. There seem to be some construction going on the above my room. The front desk staff is absolutely non cooperative. I have been requesting them for last 3 days to check. The noise is so worst till 2 am every night that I can hardly sleep. Mr Karni at the front desk is not at all listening. Instead he is argumentative and hasn't been interested to even hear the complaint problem with patience. I requested him to change my room, on which he did not take any action. Really really wasted my hard earned money.
