We booked three rooms for three days, the rooms were spacious enough, it was clean and tidy. Room service was good, the only issue we (and some other guests) faced was the key card was not detecting all the time. The complimentary breakfast was good. The overall service needs to be improved.

Stayed there for my work trip for 3 nights. Location is good in otherwise busy Jaipur. Have 3 in house eateries, 2 restaurants and one 24 hour cafe. I reached at 11p.m and went to restaurant for late dinner. The guy in the restaurant refused to take order and asked me to visit Jaipur grill (the other restaurant) saying they accept orders till midnight. To my surprise they also refused to take order saying they close at 11p.m. So mis communication made a little bit angry, but the guy told me about the 24hr cafe. As i was able to get food my anger went away. Breakfast buffet is good as is expected from chain of hotels operated by Sarovar. Room was spacious though the door was bit inconvenient to open and shut in Room 509. They forgot to put hand towel for 2 days. Overall good experience, staff was not as professional as in other Sarovar Hotels we get. Maybe it's how it is in Jaipur. Highly recommended for business stays.

Almost everything which we were served was tasty and their presentation was also very good. One thing which was a first time experience for me was cold tomato soup placed on ice crush. Their ambience is quite simple and good. For food - 4.5/5 For ambience its again 4.5/5

Team Sarovar Portico! My review is based on my visit to the cafeteria not the stay. I was not able to rate rooms as I didn't stay there. Was there to catch up with my friends so my ratings are based on the time on spent, food and service. I would give full 5 stars for the food, it's presentation and the staff on duty. Thanks for serving! It was a great experience.

We booked 3 Rooms in Sarovar portico Jaipur, through online considering the review and brand name associated. Stay Plan was for 2 days but shall be ending up checking out very next day. 1. We requested luggage delivery to room and it took 1 Hour. 2. Door Key was not working and fault observed 2-3 time. However corrected over the time but resulting time wastage. 3. AC of the rooms not working and we were made fool around 1-2 Hours that it’s getting corrected but unfortunately no proper support from hotel staff and at last room was changed. 4. We requested to get connected to hotel manager to give feed back but over the call shift incharge spoken and acted as hotel manager and change the room. Hospitality is all about customer service and with pathetic service and bad front office support May ruin the entire brand image. Good Bless !

The staff at the sunset bar is a big fraud. I am sure there are others who are also involved. They did not inform me about the happy hours, presented me with the full bill ( duplicate bill copy with the invoice number torn) and asked me to pay in full. When I raised an alarm over the duplicate bill copy, he started making excuses. Took the matter to the banquet manager (Mansingh) who was available at that time. He said he would look into the matter but I am not sure about it. Looks like the management is not aware of what is going on in their hotel and how the staff is fleecing them off.

Booked a stay via goibibo: The stay has been horrible right from the check in process to ordering lunch - where we were given rice that had an insect. Order anything anytime and the room service needs 20 mins and at least 2 reminders before they get an anything. Go anywhere but here, everything is horrible from food to service. Waste of money

Well located, well appointed and has the definite ambience. Whenever a guest walks in doesn't get to do a check ✅..which used to happen earlier or even now in many good hotels. Especially the regular customers and the corporate guests you cannot tell them on the face that my published check in time is 1 pm. The Front Office needs to be more sensitive. Restaurant and Room Service and even housekeeping experience was really commendable.

Recently I went to Jaipur for a mini vacation, and I had booked this hotel for my stay, for 3 days. I would like to say that my stay experience was very nice, and the hospitality of the hotel staff was also very good. Our check-in time was 2:00 pm after noon, but on my request they gave us check-in at 10 am. Which we liked the most. And about morning breakfast, you should experience breakfast in this hotel once, I am sure you will not be disappointed. The only problem we had. This hotel was at a distance of 10km from Jaipur city. But due to the availability of the metro, we were a little comfortable. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel.

It is a good, neat and clean hotel with humble staff. Food is also good. The main thing I would love to mention is they open the windows (room windows) on request. There was plenty of fresh air and no foul smell.

During my recent stay at hotel, I encountered a couple of significant issues. Firstly, the heater jug in my room malfunctioned, making it impossible to prepare hot beverages. Even after reporting this problem, the hotel staff did not provide a timely replacement or repair. Additionally, I experienced inconvenience with the door access card system. On several occasions, my access card randomly deactivated, requiring me to visit the front desk multiple times to have it reactivated. This was not only frustrating but also raised security concerns. Experience with the morning breakfast service at hotel was disappointing. The staff's attitude and service were subpar. They appeared disinterested and inattentive to the needs of the guests, making the breakfast experience less enjoyable. It's essential for the hotel to improve the training and attitude of their breakfast service staff to ensure a more pleasant start to the day for their guests. Overall, these maintenance and security issues significantly impacted my stay at the hotel, and I hope they can address these problems for future guests.

The reception team makes the guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome... Overall the rooms, the ambience, the cleanliness is a big hit. Service should improve big time. Should include smoking rooms for Smokers.

Good property and staff, location is also very good.A hotel like this needs to ensure that menu is as per the specifications of the customer come from different states of India. The breakfast menu can be made a little better.

Sarovar has been my favourite hotel since 2017, but in my recent trip I found it below expectation, i reached hotel late n found the room provided was of small size, they took time to change it then performance of ac was avg n lastly they do not keep shaving kits etc n it is on demand bt when I requested one they took 45 mins to send with 2 reminder calls. During check out, i thought to raise but there r other people who were fighting at the reception so I give it a pass. So I had a new experience there. They just pass the calls to one another during delay in delivery,, to portray they don't know.

Though seven KM away from City, it is in a calm and quiet residential area. Little bit high rated charges. A small on roof top pool alongwith grill and bar is an attraction.

Stayed 3 nights and had excellent service throughout. Deepa remembered which coffee we liked and Arup was so helpful and friendly. He even surprised me with Dhosa to try for breakfast which was delicious. Also eating at the Jaipur Grill was wonderful with delicious Indian dishes and fantastic service. We would certainly stay here again!

Rooms were good and staff is cooperative. What i did not like is the food. We ordered Laal Maas but it was not cooked properly. We had to eat just with the gravy bcoz pieces were uncooked. Also, the hotel does not have any place for stay of drivers. Hotel staff asked us to take our drivers to a nearby guest house who charged us for the room. So if you are going with your driver, pls do not take this hotel.

I have conducted multiple events in this hotel and my experience with this place has been amazing. The staff over here are very professional and cooperative, they are very particular about the needs of the customer and try their best to deliver values. Mr Anurag Jadon is very good at his work, he always keeps in contact with the customer during and pre event and also seeks feedback post event, I would also like to mention Mr Deepak Choudhary, he makes sure that the process is smooth during the event and also takes care about all the services such as food and billing.

Excellent buffet! We went here for dinner, tge restaurant is neat and clean. The staff is well trained, they were very welcoming. Although it was a veg buffet, they served us non veg starter and main course separately. Amazing food. You can go for dinner with kids.

I stayed at the hotel for a week and I had an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and nicely maintained. The food is good. They also have a rooftop restaurant called Jaipur Grill. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend. One of the best hotels in Jaipur.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and full of amenities. Food here is worth every penny spent. Staff was amazing be it on reception, restaurant, or room service. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vaishali Nagar or nearby
