During
my
recent
stay
at
hotel,
I
encountered
a
couple
of
significant
issues.
Firstly,
the
heater
jug
in
my
room
malfunctioned,
making
it
impossible
to
prepare
hot
beverages.
Even
after
reporting
this
problem,
the
hotel
staff
did
not
provide
a
timely
replacement
or
repair.
Additionally,
I
experienced
inconvenience
with
the
door
access
card
system.
On
several
occasions,
my
access
card
randomly
deactivated,
requiring
me
to
visit
the
front
desk
multiple
times
to
have
it
reactivated.
This
was
not
only
frustrating
but
also
raised
security
concerns.
Experience
with
the
morning
breakfast
service
at
hotel
was
disappointing.
The
staff's
attitude
and
service
were
subpar.
They
appeared
disinterested
and
inattentive
to
the
needs
of
the
guests,
making
the
breakfast
experience
less
enjoyable.
It's
essential
for
the
hotel
to
improve
the
training
and
attitude
of
their
breakfast
service
staff
to
ensure
a
more
pleasant
start
to
the
day
for
their
guests.
Overall,
these
maintenance
and
security
issues
significantly
impacted
my
stay
at
the
hotel,
and
I
hope
they
can
address
these
problems
for
future
guests.
