The rooms are poorly maintained. They did not provide basics like foot mats and water until we asked. The rooms were stuffy and stinky. The curtains are not washed and they don't close the windows fully. I had to put a hair clip to close the curtains. They provide a Rule sheet during check-in, in which the first line itself portrays their defendent attitude towards their customers. Breakfast provided (veg) was good. The staff did put efforts to make us comfortable later. Overall: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The best Hotel for family stay. The staff is too courteous and always serving with a smile. Neat and clean hotel rooms and all property maintained very well. Good hygienic food. Ambience and landscape gardens very well managed. Overall a great experience and right decision for a leisure trip with Family. Wish to visit again for longer stay. Specially with kids you can spend good time with lots of activities.

Amazing resort where you can spend quality time with family, friends. You can enjoy swimming in a big pool, resort is situated at top of the mountain so, you can enjoy fresh air and calm nature, rooms are very good conditions, and you can enjoy a beautiful natural view from balcony of the rooms. This place has conference hall also available. So any business trip is also advisable. Please visit and enjoy.

The rooms were okay enough and the location was good, away from the hustle bustle of the city. The service was not up to the mark, the prices are way too expensive for the type of resort they run and maintenance was not proper. We got a room in which previous guests had smoked a lot and everything smelled of cigarettes. They didn't even use a room freshener before giving us the room. We told the staff to get our bags for checkout but no one came for so long and then we carried the bags ourselves downstairs from the 2nd floor, which was totally fine, we could pick our own bags, but as soon as we reached downstairs, a lot of staff came and gathered around to pick our luggage from there to the car, expecting a good tip. This was really unprofessional of them.

We stayed there in March 2017. We were a group of 20 people. Our stay was pleasent. This resort has a nice splash swimming pool. Food and service was also good

Very old property and the staff is very unhelpful. The toilet was extremely dirty, stinks and and someone pee’d before we checked in with it all over the seat. The junior staff blamed my father to have used it. This is just the beginning of our problems. The door keeps locking and they aren’t able to let us in while I am wrting this review. The door has been locked for over 2 hours since we first notified the Sales manager Deepak. Last but not the least, the other room we booked has bugs including cockroaches and flies. Club Mahindra needs to step up and find better partners to keep up with the reputation of their name as well as members.

The washrooms were not at all clean, there was no water in the washroom, the rooms were stinking badly. And neither there was hot water in the washrooms when we were told that there will be a water supply of hot and cold water for 24 hours. The rooms were very dirty and not even working properly. All the doors were in bad condition and making noises, they were not closing properly as well we felt like we were living in some charitable place and not a hotel. Even after lot of complaints the staff was not at all bothered and they kept ignoring our complaints and replying rudely. Will never recommend this place to anybody. Such a waste of money and time.

Overall stay is excellent. Food was delicious. Location of property and eminities good. But some issue with laundry.

This place is about 10kms away from Nakki lake market and approach to the hotel is fine.... Rooms were clean and sufficient for 2 persons..... It has a apartment kind of a feel from the interior as each unit has 3 rooms. The food from the restaurant was good and staff was cooperative with all our needs... children may enjoy swimming pool as well... garden also ... overall good 👍

At about 5000+ feet altitude, a very peaceful, beautiful eyesoothing greenery, a lovely place to stay and relax. All staff are very polite, well-behaved and cooperative. Cuisine is very good from very senior chef. So is serving staff. I am holidaying and enjoying fully.

Pathetic Rooms, Broken taps, No basic amenities in room. Charging 12k per night and claiming them as 4 star hotel. Not even 1 star standard.

1). Rooms are way to dirty, foul Smelling & unhygienic. 2) The restaurant over there is the worst experience we have ever had in food. The food was seriously coloured. It was also not fresh. 3) Regarding the break fast, its suggested that you should eat from outside very unhygienic and low quality food. 4) Thought to do swimming in swimming pool and it was full of insects and we asked the management to clean the pool they said it’s clear only. Like seriously. 5) The management can’t handle anything. Very poor management. Instead of wasting such a lot amount there, there are different options

Rooms well kept. All amenities provided. Small space for a resort but the location is beautiful amid forest ... birds chirping and quiet vicinity. Water issue at night but on call to reception it was started. Expensive food and other stuff as well.

We stayed for 4 days and had a nice experience. Team here is very courteous , Cooking is wonderful , personal attention to all our travel needs was praiseworthy . Resort very clean and rooms are tidy, garden is quite beautiful. Also provided us assistance for siteseeing.

We were in a family trip during Deepawali vacation. Unfortunately one of us had a head injury and needed medical care urgently. The owner of the resort was on a family trip during that period. When he came to know about the incident immediately he took us to the hospital in his car in late night hrs. He extended all possible help till we received the medical help. Really heart touching experience. All the hotel staff were helpful and polite. Really thanks to all of them.

We had a wonderful four day stay. We had the 3BHK cottage, which felt spacious because of the additional living and dining area. All the staff members were extremely friendly and caring. This property is senior citizen friendly and wheelchair is provided.

Worst experience ever had. Totally waste of MONEY. As per the website its showing 4star resort but according to service and food it's not at all even 1star. 1.Worst room service. 1.1 at the time of check-in, dental kit, comb, shower kit and soap box are were empty. 1.2 there was no doormat in washroom and out side washroom even when we asked at morning 12pm they answered we ll give within an hour as it gone for laundry than at Eve 7pm again we asked they didn't even answer properly and cut the phone. After asking 3rd time at night 10pm they came that too after half an hour. Like what if they are calling themselves a 4star resort but still Hk services are worst. Staff is not at all professional and trained, even they don't understand what exactly we want. 2. Worst food taste we had. Not at all as per expectations. Even varities were very less. 3. After 10.30 tried many times but no one responded the calls (room service, House keeping, reception)not even a single person received a call or answer us. 4. Staff behaviour is not at all good. No professionalism at all. To spent 10000 per night in such pathetic so called 4 star hotel is not at all worth. Totally disappointed. Worst experience we ever had. I would not suggest anyone to stay in such place where after spending an ample amount of money you would not enjoy your vacation and to get your mood spoiled.

Place is not worth as they charge....pool was very dirty with same water for more then 3 days old and they don't have water filter plant for pool......it was stinking....rooms are also ok.ok..had to call them eveyday morning to recharge the dish as they recharge for only 1day....overall not worth as they charge.....

The property is nice and located very close to Achalgarh fort, peace park and Guru Shikhar. The staff is courteous and professional. We stayed as Club Mahindra Guests . The Rooms and cottages are spacious and well planned. Also nice for families with young kids

It's good experience to stay at hummingbird resort there is lots of activities at evening...in door swinging pool...indoor games....out door games .... If i talk about food its delicious in mount abu ..breakfast is good but dinner is mind-blowing.....never ever i got this experience before in abu..loved it .... Btw staff is very kind and helpful.....

HummingBird 1) No information or document provided on reception for breakfast-timings, wifi-details etc. at the time of check-in. 2) Only 2 Water bottles are provided for 4 guests. 3) Wifi was not working in room no. 307 4) Cable tv was not working 5) Table was not there in room 6) Extra bed not provided untill asked for 2-3 times at reception 7) Hot water is not instantly available in bathroom. You need to call them how to get hot water, then they asked to open the tap for 10-15 minutes then only you will get hot water. Its shear wastage of water and time. 8) Only one staff-person is available at reception after 9:30 PM who is not able to listen our problem properly alone. Overall room/hotel services are not up to the mark, its 4 star resort but it doesn't deserve it. You cannot get anything without calling them on phone or you even need to go to the reception.

Rooms and bathroom were just ok... restaurant was very expensive and food quality and taste were not good . breakfast was also just ok.

Good location went to check their rooms only as we had booked another hotel. Might try this property next time. The pool is way too small, though!

2 senior 64+ age ladies were alloted a room in a sharing cottages with unknown guest. Was it right. Later were shifted to 2nd floor without lift. It was so difficult to climb. We have to check out early because of this difficulty. Club Mahindra has tie up with this resort which is not as per their standard. Customer care of Club Mahindra were of no help to get the booking rectified to our needs. My friend is a premium purple member of club Mahindra is very unhappy.

I hv visited another resorts of club mahindra.. And this is affiliated property still not worth of money as comparison of club mahindra other property. Otherwise nice experience of stay. Tasty food. Co operative staff. Nice location. It was wonderful time staying there

Not a 4 star hotel at all! Probably a 2 star hotel. Rooms are very average. Finishing is quite poor. Many amenities are unfinished. Only location is good. Not up to Club Mahindra standards at all

Just an average resort worth not more than Rs 2000/- per day. Looking at the review I booked through Club Mahindra. It was very very low standard. The food proce are exorbitant. Rooms are below average. Only thing good about this resort is it almost inside the forest and have view of mountains. They made rooms with Ground plus 2 without lift so and steps are quite steep. The aged people should either opt for ground floor only.

It was a mixed feeling while staying at this place. Location was good but the front office staff and housekeeping required lots of improvement. The food at the restaurant was ok but I would advise to explore the nearby market which is 5 minutes from this place.
