Very bad experience.. please don't get trapped and don't buy anything .. we have purchased 2 rings,1 mangalsutra and earrings and all these are broken in a month or 2 only .. when we went to them they were not recognising their products and then are not ready to fix the things ... We were cheated .. don't buy anything from here

Excellent jewelry shop selling gold and diamond ornaments. They have a good collection of necklaces, rings, ear rings and other ornaments. Staff is well trained and knowledgeable. The craftsmanship is also good but improvement is required. The rates are competitive and you feel confident of original and quality purchase from this shop. Customer service also very good.

The variety of jewelry design is good but the making charges are high. Also they charge extra for credit card or debit card payments. JKJ Jewelers is a big brand. They should not charge any such extra amount for card payment. It doesn't suit a big brand like JKJ to take extra charges.

Nice collection. Polite staff. 20% making charge!!

Personal attention /involvement of owners has reduced a lot in last one year.Staff is good but asurances given at the time of selling the product are not fuilfilled properly. After sales services are pathetic,, be it repair of the product/increase/decrease / change in size or total return of the goods due to some problem with the product. Earlier it used to me my favourite store, but positon has changed now.

So , I'm here for share some of my reviews... Personally i like there collection so much... They have many variety in gold bangles , diamond earrings... And the best part is well trained staff... 👍

Very good jewellery store. Very large and Good collection is available here. Gold, diamond and silver jewellery is available here. We can buy gold ornaments at a small price also some ornaments are made with a small size of gold and these ornaments look big. The only bad thing is that they are charging 2 percent extra with card payments. They prefer cash . I want to give suggestion to this jwellers not to charge extra for card payments.

Bought a sliver coin and to my surprise the staff didn't gave me the bill. Even I asked the owner he gave me a very unprofessional and unsatisfactory answer which I think is not even legal to do. He said the coin has his branding and name and other details like grams, brand, branch is written on the coin and therefore there's no need of the bill. I doubted that it could be a tax saving approach as if they will give the bill they'll need to file for GST. Don't know if it is a general practice by jewellers or he's only doing that.
