Must try if your in Agonda... It was a surreal experience. 1.5 hour ride in total, Away from all the hustle and noise of beaches... It was clam and refreshing, Pritesh the boat owner and our guide was very humble and shared all the information about backwaters, the birds and the plants. Pritesh also shared what one can explore in the nearby locality. We will surely revisit the boat ride and recommend it for all... Preferred guide Pritesh himself. Preferred timing are early morning before 9:30am or between 4pm to 6pm .

Awesome experience boating along the river. Clear water and silent ride listening to the sound of birds. Guided by Pritesh .. seems to know the name of every bird around. Had a stopover mid way to step into shallow water which was super cool. My kid was very very happy. Overall a less known but great experience. Try to go around high tide. 90 mins ride. Best to call him if you live to the south of the beach. He will arrange transport.

To hear nothing but the sounds of the birds around while boating in the backwaters is wonderful. Pritesh is very friendly. He's very good at his job and helped us spot and identify many birds.

Wonderful, slowly paced experience. We saw birds and monkeys! Guide had great knowledge of local wildlife and was very patient. They also rent kayaks, highly recommended activity! You can call them to schedule tour :)

Very peaceful experience. Lovely back water scenery.. Saw many birds including a huge flock of hornbill.. At the end there is a shallow area where young kids can splash around and play.. a tranquil experience for adults and a fun trip for kids.. Pritesh was polite and friendly.
