A Big thank you to DEEKSHA and also Akshay. Giving 5star only because of deeksha and Dr roji philip. *Pros:- 1) home pickup and drop. 2) Free oncall consultation with doctor before paying anything. 3) Anytime call deeksha she will handle all ua queries and try to help. 4) post surgery doctor consultation on call and also after 5 days in person. 5) private room in hospital. *Cons :- 1) before getting admitted doc should consult in person (may be in my case this didn't happen) 2) no doubt doctor handled my queries very well but that personal bond which usually doctor and patient share was missing! 3) i felt video consultation should be there not all the time but may be 1st consultation or after paying the amount! 4) Hexa should verify hospital staff if well trained . If they have handled any surgery or not.. in my case staff was wondering what is stapler circumcision and after my surgery other local doctors and staff was studying and observing my wound, that was embarrassing!
