If
I
had
the
option
to
post
negative
stars
I
would
have
opted
for
it
for
sure.I
feel
sorry
that
instead
of
getting
bluffed
with
their
insta
videos
I
mst
have
gone
through
google
reviews
which
would
have
saved
my
32k
and
my
time
as
well.
i
got
my
hair
straightening
treatment
with
keratin
done
from
them
which
didnt
last
even
2
washes.I
complained
on
their
watsapp
number
but
as
expected
no
resolution
and
response.
At
their
center
it
was
pasted
at
multiple
places
”no
refund”
and
I
was
wondering
about
the
reasons
then.But
it
soon
became
clear
to
me
too.
Also
their
2
key
managers
whose
names
I
am
not
able
to
recall
but
one
is
a
guy
and
the
other
one
a
lady,
if
you
communicate
with
them
they
wld
give
you
a
feel
that
you
have
come
to
your
place
for
free
services.Their
attitude
is
on
next
level
as
if
they
are
celebrities.
The
salon
doesnot
have
good
hygiene
standards
even
after
paying
double
amount
of
services
available
in
other
branded
salons.
The
place
where
you
get
the
hair
done
has
dirty
black
stained
uncleaned
tubs.As
soon
as
you
get
your
hair
washed
the
other
one
is
ready
to
sit
with
no
one
even
bothering
to
clean
the
place,
forget
about
clean
towels
or
disposable
sheets.
Same
with
the
towels
they
wrap
your
hair
with
and
all
tools
and
accessories.
So
remember
what
you
are
paying
for
is
for
an
owner
who
has
become
famous
with
her
idiotic
reels
and
nails.
They
would
only
recommend
you
their
products
and
no
other
brands
as
it
is
their
family
business
where
the
products
they
are
selling
is
a
company
owned
by
her
husband
with
prices
as
high
as
high
end
brands
and
you
donot
know
if
they
are
safe
for
you
to
use
or
not.be
it
creams
or
hair
products.
donot
fall
prey
to
them
if
you
want
to
save
your
hard
earned
money.
i
regret
my
decision
and
would
not
recommend
to
anyone
