I am giving this review on my own terms. Whenever I have come here, I have never found a peaceful atmosphere. And the prices of everything are skyrocketing day by day. Means everything is more expensive than expensive here. According to me, they should keep some things in such a way that even a poor man can come here and eat something. But here everything has been made expensive. If the taste is good then would even think of buying an expensive item. Haldiram should pay attention to this and also put a little control on inflation.

Two stars for the hygiene maintained environment and food. But prices are tooooooo high. A single Raj kachori one of my fav snacks is for 150/- now. Also things are getting higher rates and gradually decreasing food qty.

Haldiram's is just the perfect place to have some yummy filling food. The variety here is just huge, ranging from north-indian to chinese to italian & what not. They have both dine-in & takeaway options. They also have platter systems. The food is just delicious. The service is quick & hassle-free. Definitely One of best places for lunch, dinners or small get-togethers.

Go here for the simple vegetarian food which is delicious and lip smacking. Chinese is the best. Had Navratri thali recently and it was damn good. Must try, although a little expensive. It was around 450 rupees but absolutely filling. Probably the money is because of the efforts to prepare Navratri fasting food.

Today was my worst experience I tried navratra thali for the 1st time they gave kuttu pranthas I would say only salt prantha absolutely bitter All the vegetables were uncooked , I called them before going there nd I asked to haldiram are you serving onion food he said no we r not serving during navratra we have everything without onion Nd when I visited there the Same person said we have everything with onion except chole bhature and paw bhaji, disgusting waste of money waste of time they are just charging high Nd giving 0 quality food I would not suggest anyone to go haldiram specially during navratra they are charging 380 for navratra thali Nd giving bitter prantha , uncooked vegetables

Service is really pathetic. It was so great earlier but now the staff is not well trained at all. When asked about the coconut chutney with dosa, it wasn't available. The staff responded back in an extremely rude manner. I don't know for what reason. Seems like we cannot even give a feedback.

After a long time visited this place.. to buy mithai's.. happy it's fresh and yummy... Kaju katli and Rasgulla tastey... Had dhai bhala that also tastey... Atleast Haldiram is much better ***** than Bikanerwala....

It's a big outlet under Rohini Metro station on the main road but Seating is not comfortable. Small chairs and small tables to accomodate more people. We ordered Golgappa from Haldiram at home. Most useless and taste less golgappa from Haldiram. Packing is so good but golgappa are so thin and small that you can't fill those with Pani and whatever you fill, it breaks. Don't ever order Haldiram golgappas at home.

I was a fan of haldiram for a very long time. My last visit was horrible. In Served food, one item had pungent taste. I almost vomitted. I complained, a person came and tasted and declared it perfectly fine. They are shameless guys.

Had ordered a masala Dosa, Dahi puchka and chola bhatura. Chole bhatura was very tasty. Also the Dahi puchka. Masala Dosa was not good. The aloo inside was not mashed properly and was too hard. Also, donot go for the ordering via table scanner as they charge convenience fee. They have the bakery also and their products are displayed where u can self pick. Spacious seating area. Overall experience was good just was not satisfied with the Dosa.

Among the North Indian fast food options, Haldirams is probably among the top 5, and one of the best known restaurant chains. Hence, a trip to Haldirams is always a nice experience if a quick meal is on your mind. I went there for a meeting, which, even if Haldirams is not the ideal place for, during COVID times the rush is quite less, and so it worked. The upstairs section was closed, and upon placing an order for Makki Roti+Saag, thali and sandwiches, made our way to the service section. Self-service only, we were told. Unfortunately, different orders have different service time, and we found it varying from 2 minutes to 12 minutes. All cups were disposable, due to COVID times. Food was served hot and fresh, and tasted great. Consistency defined top restaurant chains, and Haldirams meets that expectation everytime. The tables could have slightly bigger, but that's probably wishful thinking considering no restaurant changes furniture due to COVID or anything else. All in all, a good experience. I did think that its renovation is now due. Hope that will be soon.

Awesome tasty food and have all type of varieties like chaat, noodle , North and south Indian food. They also have all types of sweets, must try.

This place has great food .I came here with my parents . I really enjoyed here .I ordered chhole bhature , raj kachori and onion rawa dosha just a perfect place to enjoyed food.

Both quality and quantity is bad. You get 1 tbsp of coconut chutney for a chappati sized dosa worth 200 bucks. Also there is poor service in terms of preparing the food and getting it done. It took me 20 minutes to get a single masala dosa. Wouldn't recommend going there.

Its the most hygienic and pocket friendly outlet. Food is delicious and is cooked with care for public hygiene.All dishes are equally tasty. Service is good. Place is clean and spacious. I prefer getting the food packed from here though. Packing is so good that food doesnt spill even if you stay far away from the outlet.

STALE FOOD Ordered Rasgulla through swiggy today. Received stale items and swiggy cust. care says they cant help as the food was pre packed. Dint expect this from HALDIRAMS’. 👎🏽

location is nice, near the City Center. Quality of food and packaging was good. But food taste and quantity was not of Haldiram or Delhi standard. Although food was not spicy, so anyone can enjoy it without worrying about their stomachs :D We bought Chholey-Bature (Chickpea curry and fried rotis); Rajkachori; Haldiram's Special Dosa.

Closes at 9:30PM, during these times. They stop taking order at this time and slo don't provide basic amenities such as Air conditioning. Worst experience of all restaurants. Staff doesn't even know about their own management. Would advice not to visit alone or with family.

Though the food is good but one has to travel to and fro to get the food which doesn't make the whole outing thing enjoyable with family. Also it takes almost an hour to get your full order. Phew stars only for food rest bikanerwala has better floor management.

Worst place unhygienic feeling like paid bhandara totally wastage of money no body listen complaints

Dish was tasty but waiting for 45 minutes for a dish doesn't make any sense. However, the manager behave was good but the staff also should be well trained. It could be 4 star but not that much good.

Pathetic outlet. Visited twice in last 7 days and everytime it took them 35 minutes to pack and bill 1 sweet box that too in the morning working day hours when I was the only customer in the outlet. Even the manager was standing with me but nothing was possible here . Please avoid or visit only if you have 2-3 hours to waste for 1 item. Also they keep only limited stock of sweets and were not able to provide me more than 1 kg of any sweets I asked for in their display. Probably old stuff carrying for multiple days.

Very bad experience with Haldiram Rohini, I was standing at the 2nd cash counter for 15 min and asking them if I wanna pay Gpay, they have opened only one counter to make the payment as there is a huge queue goin on. People also shouted from the queue to open one more counter. But they still didn't listen. Also the network for jio is not working there, I don't know why they blocked it, as I have to pay by GPay which is connected to my Jio net. And the person at the counter was very rude in talking.

One of the worst place in terms of food quality, quantity and customer service. My payment got deducted while it didn’t got reflected in their account they said I will be getting refund on the same day. I paid again using card for the same order. I tried calling the manager, but he didn’t answered my calls. It’s almost 3 days but didn’t got the resolution. The cashier didn’t know how to handle the payment and customer. Telling lies to the customer regarding payments and refund is not at all acceptable. Overall it was a horrible experience. Even the AC’s were not working on that day.

Haldiram's Rohini is the worst place ever. I just went there with my family today morning, the place doesn't seem like a good restaurant at all. The behavior of staff is worst. 1. I took Dhokla and kachori's at first, they asked me to put it in plates myself. 2. I took tea for 11 people, the taste of tea was hell, and these were not even half filled. 3. I asked them to pack the remaining food on my table, the guy named "Mayank from serving staff" gave me paper bag and said put it yourown and argued badly. When i asked the manager for the same thing, manager said to pack the food. The guy "mayank" in very bad manner said to me "apni plate utha kar rakho". 4. I have been at Haldiram's Netaji Subhash place a many times also, but there's staff and behavior is wonderful. 5. I would suggest everyone not go Haldiram's rohini sector- 10, it will make you suffer with food quality, worst service, worst behavior.

Recently they have horribly reduced the quality of food. I have been eating at Haldiram's for a long time but after having their thali with 'paani wali paneer' and 'tel wali mix veg'....never gonna go there again.

Food taste good but the chefs r rude n irresponsible. In thali paratha was unavailable so they provided us with just naan n believe me the size was smaller than a normal roti. One naan has 3pieces but they r expert at saving the dough so served us with two roti type naans. Disappointed

One of the best place for vegetarians to eat. From North Indian to chinese, everything you may get here with good taste and reasonable cost. Quantity of food served here is better as compared to other haldirams. Also it is very spacious. One has to get their order themselves. Those who need privacy can sit on upper floor which is less crowded.

Good place for vegetarian people. It was clean. Customer service was good except my table was given to someone else when i went to collect my food from the counter. Plenty of options from street food to Indian sweets. I ordered amritsari kulcha with salted lassi, it was good. I nearly burnt my tounge as it was too hot. Otherwise food was 10 on 10!
