Erika is hands down one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had! She greeted us warmly, was super attentive, and made great menu recommendations. Even during the rush, she stayed friendly, efficient, and on top of everything. Her positive energy and dedication to great service made our experience unforgettable. If you get the chance, ask for Erika—you won’t be disappointed!

Brixx Pizza is always a great spot, but BAO made this visit truly exceptional. From the moment I sat at the bar, his warm energy, attention to detail, and incredible mixology skills set the tone for an amazing night. He’s not just a bartender—he’s a master of his craft. Every drink was perfectly balanced, and his recommendations were spot on. Even as the bar got busy, he remained engaging, efficient, and effortlessly personable, making every guest feel valued. BAO is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had. If you’re heading to Brixx, sit at the bar and ask for BAO—you won’t regret it!

I’ve been coming here for years with my family and finally decided to leave a review today after another visit tonight. We love this place! My favorite is the Sweet Thai Chicken pizza and my husband loves the 4x4. My girls (age 10) still enjoy the cheese pizza on the kids menu. I have no clue what type of sweet tea they use but they should bottle it and sell it by the liter. Excellent customer service as well!

10 mins from the RDU airport. Our server was very nice, checked up on us every chance she came on by. We shared two dishes - housemade Italian meatballs and Hawaiian pizza. The house-made Italian meatballs was really good lots of sauce but it was missing bread to go with for dipping into the sauce or to eat with the meatballs. The Hawaiian pizza was not bad, it was different coming from California and normally Hawaiian pizza came with a red sauce but this was just olive oil, I didn’t mind it but it was very plain, lastly, cilantro off threw the pizza off a little. If there was red sauce, it would make the pizza more favorable. Definitely want to try other dishes on my next visit.

Disappointed, I was recommended this place while traveling. I did a pick up order of a few things a pizza, pasta and salad to try. The salad is beyond small not worth the $7 it cost. Also I was not greeted by the bar tenderer for a few minutes and I should of checked my bag before I left as they forgot to add utensils for my salad/pasta.

Brixx was a pleasant surprise! We were in the mood for some good pizza and man they really came through. We started with some apps—the bruschetta was fresh and the wings were tasty with the right amount of spice. For the main event we shared a Bronx Bomber and a Rustica, both were made really well. My wife and I agreed that the ingredients on both pizzas tasted really fresh, we couldn’t pick a favorite. I almost never eat the crust of a pizza but the dough was so fresh and delicious, I had to. The vibe was chill, the drinks were well made, and our server was really attentive. We’ll definitely be back!! Next time I gotta try the Buffalo Chicken Pizza.

I ordered lemon pepper wings and they were completely raw. -update: I took the wings into the establishment this morning and the manager, "Mike" went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I am very pleased at how he handled the situation.

I only ordered the brix stix because of the Pic online. When I received my to go order ans arrived home, the bread sticks looks nothing like the Pic online. The bread is damn near impossible to chew. I threw them away. The bourbon wings are good though🤦🏾‍♀️ Will never come here again though

I am SO so disappointed. We go to brixx every year for my birthday. It is one of my favorite places ever. I always get the same pizza, The sweet thai chicken is my favorite ever since I was a little girl. After getting a pizza like this which was nothing at all like what it used to be { Lack of toppings, Crushed pistachios are no longer whole etc } I am so bummed that the pizza i got was so subpar compared to what the websites photo is. I hope its just this location as the workers seemed off in their own world a bit but if this is how the pizza is now then I suppose Ill have to pick a new spot entirely.

Our food looked appetizing and was delicious! Our server was super nice and attentive. Overall we enjoyed our meal. There’s one thing that concerned me. I sat and watched a bartender use her bare hands to grab mint and put it in the mixer/shaker to prepare someone’s alcohol beverage.

First time eating here and went for lunch. No, wait, and it was really nice. Our server didn't introduce himself but was able to get our order correct and accurately. We got the spinach artichoke dip along with the honey habanero wings. The dip and the wi gs were cooked to perfection!!! We ordered 1 pizza and 1/2 the toppings. 1/2 sausage +spicy honey and the other was 4x4. I will definitely come back. The crust on the pizza was nice and crispy.

Pizzas were really good, but kinda small. So pretty much a one person pie. The wings are good sized and seasoned well. The spinach and artichoke dip was good, but small and chips were stale. Atmosphere was good. It was early afternoon so place was almost empty. Only complaint might have be that our waitress was also working the bar area so not real attentive to us. But it did look like she was handling the bar top well.
