The 1 star is for the nice staff. This has been the worse hotel experience of my life. I was charged a cancellation fee as a no show when I had in fact checked in. There was an issue with plumbing causing the bathroom to flood, everything was dirty and disgusting. someone approached me in the parking lot asking if I know which room they could get drugs from. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

Smells of urine, weed, and decay in all areas. Trash in the hallways, elevator rarely works, most things are dirty or broken in the hotel, hallways and rooms. Prostitution and drug deals occur all within the property. Police presence often. It's loud, doors slamming all night, jolting your room door constantly. People knock on your door at all hours of the day or night. That lie about their prices and do not honor the deposit you pay when you pay for a week because they omit it from your bill so you cannot provide proof.

Obvious lack of care or concern by mgmt. If your nite is centered around smoking and/Or shooting dope, or better yet, prostituting, this hole is the perfect place for you! Otherwise, my room was full of roaches. When asked for a different room I was told they were booked although when I walked along the perimeter of the bldg, there was empty rooms. When I asked for reimbursement, was told my name was flagged and I should not have even been given a room. This was my 1st time here!! Killed roaches in the bed all day. Finally slept in the lobby. Also, the microwave did not even have an electrical cord. I asked for the name of the owner and the clerk did not know what, or how to, spell Patrick's last name. I will be contacting the health dept. This room never should have been rented until the noticeable roach problem was taken care of. This manager also manages Raleigh Inn, also roach infested! These hotels seriously need to be condemned. It's obvious the staff cares nothing about the people or their health. How can a hotel not accommodate a customer when a room is uninhabitable?

Upon check in and arrival to my room there was no toilet paper, the over head light was burnt out, and no trash can on the room at all. The police showed up before completing check in, never a good sign! Front desk was friendly enough. The pool is filled and covered over.

If i could give this hotel a zero i would and report them to the health department, not only did they not have the king room available when i booked a month in advance, when i got there was a drunk lady sitting in lobby crying and screaming for food, the attendant gave me a key to check out my room, i went to check it out but the hallways smelled horrible of mildew and cigarettes, i walked in the room where 3 roaches greeted me in the bathroom and room smelled like garbage truck. I took a picture and showed the lady at the desk all she could say was wow. Please dont waste your time or money on this place!

If I could post a negative score I would. It was the most disgusting place I have ever seen. The place is nothing but a trap house or drug dealers house for the people who don't know what a trap house is. There is no phone in the room. The bathroom is disgusting, and you don't want to touch anything in it. For 300 a week, you would think you'd get a clean room. They smoke so much weed there that I would probably fail a drug test right now from just walking down the hallway to my room. They wouldn't give me my money back so I was stuck with staying there. Every night you could hear people outside playing music til 3am or later. All around I wouldn't ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

I am rating this a 4 out of 5 because I've stayed in multiple extended stays. This hotel for the price has to be the best. The decor is out dated...room to room however some are better than most. I have seen them doing renovations everyday though. The staff is superb, friendly and super helpful. This hotel does the best they can with what they have. That's great affordability, location, privacy and guest services which earned my four stars. I've worked in high-end hotels and believe it or not they all have pest issues or spend thousands on battling it. Once this hotel shuts down and obtains a new brand and price point I guarantee there will be people who will say this missed this spot.

It's a place where you never raise your children. Too much bad activity going on. Then they really need get that hotel in good standards. The amount you paying weekly you are paying for uninvited guess which I don't want to say. Front desk does an good job giving there smile but I know deep down they wanna tell the truth about living there. Safety no such thing I heard too many stories...thank God a temporary stay I made it through....
