If I could give no stars I would. If you don't mind sharing everything with the roaches. They're pretty persistent about getting to know them. There's a lot of them laying around dead and a bunch smashed on the walls. This place is absolutely filthy it looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in years. If they would have gave us a refund I would have definitely gone somewhere else. Never again will I stay here.

Not too pleased with the upkeep of the hotel. BUT they do provide a low cost option for people who cannot afford the cost of a security deposit, first months rent, application fee, utility deposits and moving cost. There are people there who have no other options. I salute that.

Good for the price. If you expect near perfection, it's not to be be found in this part of town. Consider that the other motel/hotels near here. They are more expensive, but their rating are not significantly better. Conclusion: Raleigh Inn is not that bad. Lived here for 6 years, and have seen NO bedbugs. Oh, and as to safety, there are cameras all over, and the feed goes straight to the Raleigh police dept. -- so rest easy, I do.

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at the hotel clerk was rude and hateful I offered to pay the money for the Wi-Fi and he wouldn't even take it and then lied and said that it was not available. He would not even let my friend use the phone to call her job so she would not be fired. roaches everywhere it was disgusting! do not stay here at this nasty hotel not. For your information I was lied to and told there was no Wi-Fi and I was willing to pay for it I never got upset until you're rude hateful clerk started being so hateful and he wouldn't even let my friend use the phone to call job y'all are pathetic excuse for a hotel!!!!!!

The outside looks just as bad on the inside. Instantly asked for a refund cause if I have to kill even a single roach which I did its not even a thought to stay there especially since I have my kids. Priced well if they would keep up with the property.

This place has so many roaches that I put my belongings in the refrigerator so that the infestation wouldn't be transferred to my home when I returned! A hobo hangout for sure. Lock your doors& bring your spray!!

You get what you pay for. It's not too bad. Yes, there are bugs but I know for a fact that they DO exterminate twice a month. They are currently remodeling the rooms. New beds, furniture, and paint. I can stay here for around $1,000 per month. Everything is included. To me, it's cheaper than having an apartment plus utilities. I rather like it honestly.

Nice owners Price accommodating People are rough on the place but don't want to treat the place with respect. Quiet and close to shopping.

Just one question, why in the heck is this run down motel still open?. This like something you see in a movie. First thing I spot when I walk in roaches crawling. Curtains broke, holes in the wall, smoking burn spots in the sheets. No telephone. Roaches literally crawling out the bed. Feins hanging outside the door with loud music. And you can't even call to complain, because they have no working number of course.
