Had delivery order today and it was my first time eating at Zaxby's. Signature chicken sandwich was awesome with the Zaxby sauce. Chicken was flavorful, fresh, and moist. Best chicken sandwich I have had in a long time. Fries had a good flavor but the cheddar bites had no flavor and the only thing that saved them was the delicious ranch dipping sauce! Strawberry Fanta was delicious and thirst quenching, Price was reasonable especially since I will get 2 meals out of all this food! Update 5/08 ordered Chicken Ranch Loaded Fries and they were awesome!! $11.00 is expensive for fries but worth every penny!!! UPDATE 7/5/23 tried Funnel cakes and the flavor was awesome BUT they need to be eaten fresh out of the grease! They don’t travel well and mind were hard and chewy! Not worth the $5.00 price tag!!! UPDATE 10/29/23 order delivered HOT!! Tried Grilled Chicken Philly and it was FULL of fresh ingredients that tasted amazing!! Fries were cooked in fresh grease and tasted awesome as well. Seems like a well managed caring team at this location!!❤️❤️❤️

Terrible I got to Zaxbys definitely the one in Durham. The fries where as if they weren’t cooked all the way the toast tasted as if the bread just got only butter, then I got the boneless bites in the sweet and spicy and lordddd them things was nasty I couldn’t even eat them like why they hard and why the sauce taste sour. Terrible I ain’t my bread because I was hungry

My husband and I have always loved zaxbys food. We have eaten the chicken and salads since 2000 in Albany, Georgia. The meal we just had was terrible. The wings were literally 1-1/2" in length, like eating baby chicks. The salad was very poor quality also. We will no longer go to the Zaxbys in Fuquay Varina, NC.

The food was the best we've ever had there The service left much to be desired. The guy working the register and the girl who brought us our food or both very polite but after we waited 12 minutes for food we went up and asked about it and she said they would have them stop working on the drive-thru line and do the dinner room line orders which was only hours. We then asked to see the manager the manager came out and let us get about five words out before he started telling us how short-handed he was and how it's company policy to make the meals in a certain way and it doesn't matter where you come in the line You just have to wait and when my husband suggested a different way to manage customers sitting right in front of you, the guy said You just don't get it would you like to come back here and look I'd love to show you how you do it in our kitchen. He then went on to call his own employees morons and hooligans and said they weren't worth the money he was paying them but it's all he could get. Wonder how they would think and feel if they knew that's how their boss was talking about them. He would not listen to us he talked over us He got up and walked away from us a couple of times and just was flat out rude and finally we just sent him on his way. As we were leaving he came out and said well this doesn't make up for my lack of tact or for the amount of time that you had to wait for your food but at least the next meal can be on us and handed my husband a gift card. He should not in any way shape or form being charge of anything relating to customer service because he does not know how to provide good customer service.

Wanted to post this quickly. The building and facilitaties looked great. The restroom and dining area was very clean. Service was fine and staff is pleasant. We arrived at dinner time so a little busier than usual but we got our food in a timely manner. The chicken is normally good so no surprise. I did see a man in a wheelchair struggling to find a table that he could roll under. Not sure if a designated table is available. Our meal was good and the staff quickly cleaned up tables keeping the place looking good.

The food was straight up delicious. Every aspect was amazing. 100% recommend for lunch.

Never again. Salad was warm.Egg was tiny.Toast was inedible. Chicken had freezer smell and was tough/chewy.5 chicken wings with no meat. Coke cup was 3/4 Ice. All for 20 dollars.Awful.

My family stopped for lunch yesterday and sat inside to eat. A HUGE cockroach walked toward us and tried climbing up our booth. My husband went to report the issue and meanwhile the customer a few booths over saw it and came and stomped on it, releasing tons of guts. We completely lost our appetites. A few minutes later a staff member strolled out to come take care of the issue but it had already been handled and cleaned up by the customer. To my surprise nobody apologized or attempted to rectify the issue.

Food was good but make sure to take the time and double check the order. Drinks wrong and missing sauces requested.

Inconsistent. I love Zaxby's when it's good, but you only really get good Zaxby's one out of five times you go there. They also need to start selling their sauce in stores. I would really like to buy 16 ounce bottles of nuclear. You only have profit to gain, it would not hurt your restaurant sales. There are a lot of people who cook at home and you can get in their pocket by marketing to them the way buffalo wild wings does with sauce. They also got rid of the marinara for the cheese bites, which is strange because it was delicious and now the only option is ranch. "Now you can dip your fried fat in fat!" yeah, no.

Amazing! I got the quickest, freshest Uber Eats order! I got a Wings and Things plate and ate every morsel! My God, someone please bring this place to the DC area, so I don’t have to wait to come home to NC every blue moon to get it.

First time ever visiting this particular Zaxby's the building outside was very nasty no good people at the drive-thru gave me the wrong drink the fried pickles were very greasy and the old tasted old fries were not hot at all very dissatisfied with service and the food

First time visiting this location, stopped by on a whim. Went through the drive thru and got dinner for the family. Everything was perfect.

Everything was relatively good, pricey with their Cobb salad, but...their A/C system was completely DOWN, so...it was like a sauna in there 😳 🥵

The food always seems to be good and hot/warm. Usually get the kicking chicken sandwich meal. Service is normally quick.

This was honestly a ridiculous experience. $30 for lunch and the ranch dressings were already torn open when we received them. That’s a huge health code issue. Also, they gave me a cracked salad lid so when I tried to grab it, it exploded everywhere. Do not recommend this zaxby’s location, unsure if other locations do this same thing. It’s unacceptable.

Don’t eat here! I got food poisoning and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had! 🤮 I know for sure it was zaxbys bc I only ate one meal & it was this. Never again!

Come for lunch pretty regularly one of the quickest fast-food places on Main St. even if you have to pull forward to wait it’s still usually no more than 5 mins. Foods good too and a polite staff.

The manager of this zaxbys(maxone)was a total jerk. It was 9:40 and apparently everything was already closed but the time to close was a at 10. They told us to go to drive through but we couldn't because we were staying at the hotel right in front of it. So we decided to go there and one of the employees told us to go there, that they would probably let us order from there, the manager came out and started yelling at us saying we couldn't order there and to leave and once we were speaking he just left, being so disrespectful and said sorry you can't eat here leave. I hope you guys really see who you really have being the head of zaxbys, but it has to be someone more professional, generous and respectful. Thank you!!!

I don't what is going on but whatsoever it is needs to change. I should be able to order food online without having to create an account. First time having to do this and there isn't a pop to enter the code to verify account

Cashier was polite and patient. Food came to the table promptly and tasted great. We don't get to eat at Zaxbys often but when we do its a great time.

Stopped by yesterday and ordered two salads which me and my wife absolutely loved. This was my first time trying it and it exceeded my expectations! In terms of customer service the young man matthew was excellent to us and asked us how we were doing which is not very common anymore. Me and my wife will be coming back soon!
