    This gym is extremely clean, good quality equipment and HUGE. With that being said if you’re a powerlifter or focus on barbell exercises I would look elsewhere. There is only one squat rack and no power racks, which is a bit sad for a gym with so much space. Leads to long waits on leg days. Add a few power racks and it’s a 10/10 from me.

    The worst gym I've ever been to. When you ask 80 dollars a month for a membership, you should be giving the highest quality at all facilities and all times. This is my first month with 02 and I love the Unviversity drive location. Went to this location cause I was in the area around 8:30pm. The gym closes at 10pm. There's a lady vacuuming at 9pm and she wouldn't stop. Also the cord was laid out across the room where people use free weights. She was literally vacuuming right up to my feet while I was working out. I've never felt so disrespected. I couldn't even focus so I had to leave. Putting the volume all the way up didn't even help, because this lady was vacuuming in circles around people. Will never go back. Not even sure if I will continue my membership since every location is clearly very different.

    I started my fitness training with Katie Filidoro around the beginning of year. I didn’t quite know what to expect. Katie was thorough in her evaluation of my needs and eased me in to the twice weekly routine while giving me a good plan to follow for the off days. Katie education and knowledge of fitness and how to train someone who had mostly tried to avoid weights and individual exercise (I love team and competition exercise) for 60+ years was much appreciated. For personal reasons I had to discontinue the training, but, I feel much more confident and motivated to continue my workout regimen, have lost weight, and am overall very pleased with the experience.     I recently joined O2 Fitness at North Ridge after several years at another fitness facility. This gym is really outstanding. The equipment is top notch and they have everything to meet my needs. The facilities are extremely clean. The staff is welcoming and helpful, but not in a pushy way. I’ve been very impressed with O2 and have recommended it to several of my friends from my old gym.

    Tara and Anna who work the Kidz Club space are both awesome! My two boys love playing basketball and coloring with them while I workout. I also love that 02 is flexible with their mask policy. They respect everyone’s choice and that’s a really big deal. Props to them.

    I never thought I would join a gym let alone enjoy going. My health insurance offered a free membership so I took them up on it. I didn’t even know it was in that shopping center. I was immediately impressed with the size of facility and cleanliness. I took advantage of my 2 complimentary sessions with a trainer and found Drew to be very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I also find Katie at the front desk to always be extremely welcoming and she has really been encouraging about my new fitness journey. Every time I am in she always makes a point to ask how I am and offers to answer any questions. This is great since I am not yet super comfortable yet on all the equipment. It’s certainly nice to know there’s a free staff I can count on !!

    All the staff is friendly and equipment is fine for what I need. Lacy and Jackie's bodypump classes are the primary reason I have stayed a member. They are dedicated, encouraging, friendly to everyone (but not over the top) and go out of their way to make their class enjoyable. Call me by name when I think I may have introduced myself once. Hoping they stick around for a long time as they are a great asset. I credit them for helping me drop the "Covid-19". lol. Aside: wish you'd bring Bodyflow back!

    The front desk associate Becky is fantastic! She helped me to bundle my membership with my roommates to save us some money on our membership! The equipment is great and the people are crazy friendly. Highly recommend

    I have been a member of the North Ridge O2 Fitness for a couple of years and I have found it to be very well run, clean and well equipped. All the staff have been friendly and unassuming, I have also worked with trainer Katie Filidoro who has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

    I have had a wonderful experience at this location. One of the biggest reasons I joined this gym is for the turf - it is always clean and the sleds are almost always available. The equipment throughout the gym is also very nice. A lot of treadmills and the weights are in great shape. It’s very well kept and the staff is always super kind offering a smile to everyone that comes through!

    Jasmine is a physical trainer at O2 off Falls in Raleigh. She is charismatic does a fantastic job… especially if you want to shred your legs. She’s super sweet and looks out for everyone at the gym. I started working w/ her because I saw how well she worked with other people - clients and otherwise. She’s even been able to stop and reason with people who are doing lifts our weight that could hurt themselves. If you want to refine your technique, learn new exercises to target muscle groups, shred your body, and enjoy yourself while doing it… go see Jasmine!

    Look for Ray at the front desk when you come in. Polite and professional, she knows the answer to any question you might have. If you need a trainer, Julian is your guy. A knowledgeable and encouraging trainer, he conducts a full body workout that will have you stronger, more flexible, and with improved balance. His workouts are not “one size fits all”. He adjusts the movement, the reps, and the weights to fit the individual.

    Great gym. Great location. Friendly staff. Sarah and the other team members always greet you with a smile. You can tell The Manager Louis cares about the success of the gym and wants the members happy. I made a suggestion on a piece of equipment and he’s eager to add it if possible. I’ve been going to this gym for over 10 years now.

    I love this location, primarily for one big reason - Ray at the front desk. She is the main reason I decided to convert my free trial to a membership. She is a pure delight every morning. Greets me and my friends with a smile every day. Always a breath of fresh air. Thanks for being the best Ray! This specific facility is very nice too!

    I have had the genuine pleasure of training with Miss Jasmine Rahman at 02 Fitness at the North Ridge location for the last 3 months and I'll say she definitely knows Personal Training. My physical therapist, Crystal initially recommended an in-house trainer so they could collaborate on my progress overcoming severe neck pain, and tight hamstrings and calves. These ladies, in concert have reduced my pain levels and now are helping me improve my balance and posture. Jasmine keeps a very detailed workout regimine each day of our 3 day/wk.workout plan. Jasmine makes it fun and invigorating without making it impossible! Her kind words, warm compassionate personality and sweet laugh have provided me the reinforcement I really needed to attain much improvement in posture and definition in my upper and lower build. I've learned more from her in the last 12 weeks than I've learned with friends and gym mates in 10 years! Most friends and gym members simply don't know the secret of the right movements/exercises with appropriate weights and sets. Jasmine has an exceptional keen eye for detail constantly catching me when my form is lacking and gently calling it out so my body benefits from the exercise. Her approach of getting the difficult exercises out of the way first, then honing in on the others so to fully cover the entire daily regime. But let me say, don't be fooled by her outgoing personality and friendliness to others in the gym, because she adamantly knows the numbers of reps you've done and how to improve the workout. There's no getting off easy when Jasmine agrees to train you. Each workout is carefully customized based on performance in prior workouts and where additional conditioning is necessary. So in summary, Jasmine has proven to be an exceptional train coach and friend who I'd highly recommend for those seeking help achieving their goals of a attractive and athletic physique!

    I just started a trial for this gym and have had a great experience. Louie is welcoming and friendly. I also have completed a class with Kelly and loved it. The class was full and she recognized I was new, came over and introduced herself.The class was organized, hard, and went by quickly. Will definitely do again!

    O2 Fitness is genuinely one of the best gyms I’ve had experience at. The staff is always friendly, the machine selections are great, and even at peak hours I rarely have to wait for any machine at all! Couldn’t recommend a gym better than O2 fitness!

    I have always loved coming to this location. The employees are friendly and helpful. Monday night cycling at 6pm is the highlight of my week and a great way to decompress after a day’s work. I have a recurring commitment Tuesday nights, so Monday is the only day that works. Many of the classes are held during regular business hours, so only a select few are able to go to other classes. Now the class is held at 4:30pm, which is nearly impossible for anyone working a full-time, in-person job to attend. I am extremely disappointed, and I know others are as well. When the class was asked about the time change, everyone voted that 6pm was better and 4:30pm was unrealistic for this consistent group of attendees to make. I’m extremely disappointed by this change not only because it’s at an unreasonable time, but also because our opinions were asked and clearly not considered. The instructor may as well have not even asked.

    I absolutely LOVE O2 Fitness off Falls of Neuse! I’ve been coming here for a year now, and the staff is so nice, the gym is always clean, and the instructors are absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Julian and Katie as personal trainers. They will work with your schedule and take their time to walk you through each process and each work out. It’s an absolutely fantastic gym.

    I haven't yet experienced the full effects of O2 Fitness. But, front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. One wish: I was shown how to use certain machines. I lost my cheat sheet w which machines, frequency, etc. I lost that cheat sheet. Now I'm waiting for someone to help recreate that sheet. I wish that a record/copy could be retained so that I can use as a resource when I'm looking to adjust my workouts.

    I love this gym and my personal trainer there Jazmine! She’s the best, so personable and understanding of my needs and every session we have is like a therapy session and workout in one! She still pushes me and motivates even when I don’t want to. Love her definitely recommend!

    I changed from Anytime fitness to O2. I frequently go to the North Ridge location and it has far exceeded expectations. Just replaced all of the equipment, trainers and front desk is top shelf and easy to talk to. The environment is extremely motivating and overall well staged. Highly recommend the investment in your self with O2 Fitness 💪🏽

    Completed my complementary training session with Jasmine. She is fun, energetic and incredibly thorough. She adjusted my form to what fits my body best and is motivated to give me the tools I need to achieve my goals. Can't wait to continue working with her.

    First time visit, staff greets you as soon as I entered the building. Love the atmosphere. Clean, lots of cardio equipment, and studio classe splenty space. I joined immediately, affordable rates.

    The gym itself is very nice- definitely a little pricier but it is clean and has a great selection of machines/weight training equipment. It is not too busy. I also had a great experience with personal trainer Julian! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me build skills towards my goals even with just a couple of sessions. I’d recommend him to anyone!

    Prior to covid, North Ridge location had excellent challenging yoga at 10:00 on Thursdays with large, loyal following. Many friends dropped their membership because yoga has been discontinued. We've asked and asked..... Please O2, resume REAL yoga. Not chair yoga, not Zumba or tai chi, serious yoga! There are former members who want to come back but without yoga, there's no incentive to return. Thank you. Updating: as O2 2 responded below, there was indeed a long-awaited real deal yoga class today at noon! Thank you. Elizabeth was an outstanding teacher and the class was so enthusiastic and grateful. Thank you so much 02 for coming through for us. 👍🏻🤗🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

    O2 Falls of Neuse is great. Clean and very accommodating and friendly staff. Only thing I'd want to add is more power lifting (squat racks, Hammer Strength machines, etc) stations.

    Recently moved from NJ to NC. Finding a gym is not always easy. Whether you are an athlete or not this place is quite the gem. I find the cost is very reasonable for everything you get. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable which is refreshing to have genuine care. The atmosphere is not intimidating with a nice clean set up. I’ve found there are a healthy amount of machines, free weights, even turf and a running area. This fitness center truly caters to everyone’s needs. There are of course personal trainers on staff, even physical therapist around and a daycare for kids if that applies to you. I love the versatility of the abundance of classes that are offered to shake up your regular routine working out solo. The hours of operation are perfect for early AM and reasonably late too. So if anyone is looking for a new place or perhaps looking to branch out I highly recommend 02 Fitness. 02 Fitness is worth a look and you may be pleasantly surprised like myself and look no further.

    Training w/Lauren Edgerton of O2 has been a game changer for me, literally. When she started our consultation I told her my goals which revolved around improving my core strength/stability for my golf game. She built a plan accordingly and we meet weekly to execute it. I encourage anyone committed to physical improvement to at least meet w/Lauren, it will be your first step in the right direction.
