My 89 year old dad’s blood pressure went very high. I called Landmark and was transferred to Nikki who went over some options that would bring my Dad’s blood pressure down. Nikki checked back in the following morning and when my Dad’s blood was not down she sent out Roman to check on my Dad which was a big relief! Eventually my Dad’s blood pressure went down. Nikki reached out to my Dad’s primary care as well as his cardiologist. This was my first time using Landmark and I’m so glad that I did. Roman and Nikki were both awesome with helping us , following up with us and making sure that my Dad was healthy and ok before they completed the case.

LandMark Health is one of the BEST health agency I have ever had. They call in between appointments just to check in and see how you are doing and if I need anything addressed with them. They come to your home for well checks, out of hospital care, wound care, xrays, suturing and report to your Dr that they have called and or come by, plus so much more. They have many professionals that can assist you. For example: I am a diabetic and requested a nutritionist to help me with meal planning to stay on top of my diabetic glucose levels. She sends out information of foods that are acceptable for a diabetic as well a my need to control low Sodium diet. For meal planning she suggested I install an app called my fitness pal. This is one of the best meal planning app I have ever had.

The provider for Landmark is so great with my mom. She makes feel very comfortable and she enjoys the visit. Our provider keeps us very informed on all new meds that we may be given from other Dr.s and makes sure that I understand everything. I love her she is the best!

Tracie was superb. After checking my vitals she noticed I was doing some coughing and immediately sent me in a prescription to supress it.

After looking back at my appointment with Catherine I realize that I gleaned more than I ever thought I had in the past. We discussed my meds and made a couple of changes, after checking my weight and completing my stats I we found my blood pressure pulse and lungs were doing real good. Looking ahead I know that I will really miss my visits from Landmark and learning also keeping up to date and being able to make any adjustments that would be beneficial to me.

Wouldn't change my insurance if for no other reason than LANDMARK! Thank you.

The home health nurse visit with me was good. He was courteous and I felt like the visit was very productive. I was checked over thourly as if I had been in the office of my primary doctor.
