We
booked
12
seater
tempo,
and
they
have
provided
an
old
tempo
which
is
of
average
quality.
They
charged
higher
prices
compared
to
local
taxi
guys
but
service
is
not
up
to
the
mark.
Driver
behaviour
is
bad
and
he
does
not
even
show
courtesy
to
customers.
Booking
is
done
via
online
and
by
call
centres
so
they
promise
a
lot
while
taking
booking
but
the
services
are
provided
by
different
people
so
they
dont
worry
about
customer
satisfaction.
Driver
was
just
driving
the
vehicle
and
going
by
his
own
rules,
he
was
not
showing
the
places
included
in
itinerary.
We
were
asking
him
everytime
on
the
places.
We
had
argument
with
driver
When
we
exceeded
the
allotted
12
hours
time
just
by
30min
as
the
train
was
delayed.
Driver
didnot
accepted
and
was
angry
on
us.
Driver
was
not
ready
to
drop
from
one
side
of
railway
station
to
other
side
of
station
which
is
2km
away.
He
was
not
ready
to
pickus
from
our
hotel
and
asking
us
to
come
to
a
distance
which
is
5km
away.
One
of
the
pathetic
experience
with
a
travel
agency
in
our
travelling
experience.
Bad
and
old
vehicles
with
worst
behaving
drivers.
I
had
great
expectations
on
this
travel
agency
while
booking
as
it
was
online,
but
services
provided
afterwards
were
very
bad.
Really
horrible
experience
on
that
day.
