One of the most horrific shopping experiences: either online or offline. Don’t get me wrong. Staff are nice and friendly in there. As a company they are just incompetent. They don’t deliver your products as planned, delay for like a month, but no one would contact you. You wait and wait and wait. You call their hotline every other day, they say they will find out and call you back. They never call you back. Their customer service system is horrible. Nothing can be done unless you travel all the way there and stand in front of a staff. Online shopping is equally bad. They just don’t send you your products. You have to call them, they will tell you the product is at the warehouse and it’s not ready to be delivered ON the day or scheduled delivery. If you have to take time off from work and wait for the delivery, you are probably screwed over and over again.

Leroy Merlin is a large home DIY store. This branch focuses on construction materials. They hire tools, deliver and also have a waste collection service. Customer car parking available. Mon to Sat 7am to 9pm Sun 8am to 5pm

Very bad customer service, spent more than 40,0000 Euros items for a house remodelling , the items we received with damage , and lots of wrong items. insisted to get the full payment for new windows & the full price for installation, very poor quality and the installation is done in poor quality , complied to the branch manager, l only got ( sorry to hear that ) , the delivery time was more that normal , placed the order in April and paid in full till now which is end of July did not get the kitchen installed . The staff never reply to emails or what’s App text. Great disappointment, never again ,, the worst dealer l have ever dealt with

Nice variety of products, nice staff, lousy checkout lines. The problem are not the cashiers but the management.

The worst store in Portugal! We bought 300€ worth of supplies from them, and nothing works. We call the customer service and they put us on hold for more than 30 minutes. The offers are deceptive! We bought a gas fire with a 45€ offer, the offer is no longer valid since January 2022! Don't buy anything there, they're thieves.

Love this place its like paradise, would recommend adding more cashiers and self checkout counters. There is always one checkout broken

Came over to Lisbon from Azores to check into some remodel materials not immediately available out there. Found this stoter to be better supplied than many Home Depots in the USA

Not comparable to a German Baumarkt. But it‘s probably the best you can get around lisbon. If you need something from Leroy come here or to Alta Lisboa.

In Google map , open 7am to close 8pm., I reached on 7: 40am, but security badly informed me that open from 8AM. Bad behaviour of security

You'll find there most tools and construction materials. Shame they bought AKI so they can price stuff without real competition now! Maybe I should rate them 3 stars just for that!

One of the busiest places in Lisbon area. Don't go there. They have a lot of others shops around Lisbon area. Try one of those, unless you want to spend your day on a queue, for literally everything.

It was a bit tough at first as most representatives don’t speak a lot of English, but our customer experience was still great, especially thanks to Maria who assisted us along the way. Thank you!
