Seems to sell virtually everything. The staff were very helpful especially as I don't speak much Portuguese and were quick to get stuff for us and check stock. I could spend all day in there!

I made an order online that was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks after the order was made. Then it was delayed one week. Now it has been delayed two more weeks. Meanwhile no one is calling / messaging me to inform me, I constantly have to reach out to the support line to get updates. This is very poor quality service. I am losing time and money with all these delays. Please respect your clients Leroy Merlin Santarem (branch responsible for my order) Edit to respond to "response from the owner": do you really think I have not yet called customer support?! Of course I have. But it's a general helpline, and they keep raising the request with YOUR STORE, and no one there calls me / I have no way of contacting them. How about YOU fix the situation YOU caused and YOU get in touch with me through the existing cases already raised. That would be nice, instead of a plain vanilla response to contact you through the link...

Well,they hadn't fully opened all areas so didn't have the usual full selection,,but I am sure it's gonna be mega when it opens all areas

A bit more expensive than other shops in this area but has some good things

I forgot to take my Leroy Merlin fidelity card and they help me !!! So grateful, I haven’t return home to pick up it!
