👍👍 Many thanks to the wonderful staff for letting us check in early when the building of our Airbnb had a plumbing issue that required us to evacuate. I was worried the location was too far from the action, but really with transit it was so easy to get everywhere quickly. Rooms were very clean and ever... People often mention hotel, stay, staff, location, clean, sehr,

Many thanks to the wonderful staff for letting us check in early when the building of our Airbnb had a plumbing issue that required us to evacuate. I was worried the location was too far from the action, but really with transit it was so easy to get everywhere quickly. Rooms were very clean and everything was nice and new. I would stay here again and totally recommend them!

Originally booked the hotel and received an upgrade to this location and was extremely impressed! Very modern, clean and comfy atmosphere. The room was spacious with a nice view. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay, helping with reservations and etc. Fabiana even tracked down a sewing kit to help me with a last minute travel repair. Would definitely go back.

This hotel was very clean and in a perfect location. The hotel was literally across the street from the Metro. We had the triple room and it was spacious even for the three of us. Breakfast was amazing! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We stayed from 14 Dec - 16 Dec. The hotel is well-located, close (1 block) to the Metro station, El Corte Ingles, the gardens at the Gulbenkian, the Saldanha area is in walking distance, nice shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and bilingual. The room was near the elevator on our floor, however, the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Great bed, pillows and sleep.

The location is in the center of town walkable distance to everything and equally calm away from the city noise. Duty Manager Andres and Bar Manager Miguel were attentive, generous and their personal attention made me feel at home despite being away from home during Christmas. I didn't get a chance to learn the names of the male receptionist wearing spectacles, he too was really helpful and polite along with his female colleague whom bid me a fond farewell after my stay. I was so tempted to extend my stay because of how diligent the staff were, alas; a traveller can never stay in one place. Thank you for the best experience!

We stayed here for three nights while sightseeing in Lisbon. We really enjoyed this hotel, and it is really hard to think of anything to criticize. The hotel is located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurant. Convenient location to both the airport and old town areas of Lisbon. The rooms are modern and clean. Very quiet too - we didn't hear any street noise or noise from other guests. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety of choice.

Thank you so much for my stay and the free upgrade, I was not expecting that. Everything 10/10 - If you ever needed anything, the staff was kindly helping out to fix the issue and make your stay special. Again thank you to everyone involve at making this hotel so great! No need to change anything :)

Lovely, modern rooms at a great location with amazing staff in the reception and cleaning the rooms. The breakfast was also nice, however, the staff at breakfast was not as good as elsewhere in the hotel.

Very nice and fairly new hotel in a very good location for city tourists. We had a pleasant stay. Breakfast is included and has same basic vegan options like grilled veggies, peanut butter, jams etc.

Extremely accessible hotel from the airport, just a 5 minute walk from the terminus of the red line on the metro. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was included for us and had a wide selection. It's about a 45 minute walk SE to Bairro Alto, or the area is well serviced with public transport or rentable scooters.

New, modern, clean hotel. Very friendly staff, convenient location away, but not far from the main attractions. Great buffet breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed a couple of days in this hotel to explore Lisbon. This hotel is well located close to metro station San Sebastián. There is a direct line from the airport to this metro station. From the metro station, you can go to all places of interest in Lisbon. The hotel is relatively new and provides all comfort. It is clean well maintained and the breakfast is generous. Staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. For us it was a great city break.

Rude desk staff, non flexible payment. Fist time ever that I get asked to pay all in advanced. Claims to be 4 star hotel even though they lack services such as a restaurant, gym or pool. Too pricy for what they offer. I will never come back definitely
