Rude arrogant woman on the phone hangs up because she can't speak English.. maybe put somone on the phone who can.. I hope she wasn't the owner, as I'm sure the owner wouldn't be happy with arrogant staff losing Business.

I went there for a haircut because of the nice reviews I read. The stylist I got, while very nice and friendly, was inexperienced and did not really know what he was doing. Senior stylists were there but offered no supervision or help.

I hired a service to moisturize my hair, I trusted when they told me that I would notice a difference, the welcome was excellent and I left very satisfied, I bought products and thought about going back. When washing my hair at home, my hair was exactly the same as it was before the treatment. How was I treated so well by Mr. Paulo, I trusted that I would receive some solution. Instead, both D. Cláudia and Mr. Paulo wanted to disagree and the tone of voice was not appropriate. I was surprised because it would have been very easy to resolve, I wasn't even demanding a refund, just a solution, with two haircuts, a cut and another treatment, something... Instead, they were arrogant, to the point of turning me off the phone claiming to have a client and asking me to call later (6 minutes before closing, of course they didn't answer). They were supposed to call the next day, as agreed via SMS with D. Cláudia, but they didn't contact her. With some sadness and frustration at having been deceived and poorly treated, in contrast to the service I received, I spoke to Deco and am following the instructions. The written complaint was made, and will be followed up at Deco and, subsequently, in court. I'm not going to let this go, it will happen to more people if they go unpunished. It's not the money, it's a question of respect and consumer rights. I'm going to spend a lot more on the process than on the treatment and I don't care. I do not recommend the salon, in fact I recommend any other that has a good customer satisfaction policy. That's what I did, and I found it. Good customer treatment is a guarantee of satisfaction. After what happened, the first thing I asked in the other room was the house's policy regarding dissatisfaction and the words were "you won't leave dissatisfied, if it doesn't work, come back and we'll redo the treatment or whatever is necessary". It would even be enough with a cut and a shampoo, so simple, with good words everything can be achieved. Also thanks to that, I found an excellent salon, my hair looks different.

I think this place is one of the best in Lisbon in regards to hair colouring. The only problem is their lack of transparency about the prices. When I got into the shop I asked for the price in order to make sure I could pay with my credit card. They told me that they couldn't accept the credit card payment and that my treatmet was 100 euros. So I went out to get the money from an ATM, I got back, did the treatment but when I went to pay the price was 180 euros. My suggestion is to always ask before getting any treatment here. What a pity!

While the social media shows great features of Hollywood -star like highlights and blonds reality is a different story. I asked for sand, natural blond highlights . Trusted the guy as he seemed to have undertsood what I was looking for. As a result I got grey-toned highlights, the back side wasn´t even touched (when I do an updo the bottom part is visibly dark). The cut was very uneven. And the bill knocked me down.: very overpriced for what it´s worth. Lady that answers the phone is SUPER rude- I should have followed my intuition not to proceed after her abrupt and dismissive booking manners from the start. Not recommending at all!

Despite the friendliness and tremendous attention of the employee who served me, I do not recommend this establishment. I tried natural straightening and the truth is that I never saw results. Right after the first wash, my hair was already full of waves and curls, which is absolutely regrettable... Not to mention the money that was spent on this service.

Was looking for a place in Lisbon, that could do Manicure and Pedicure for men (not easy to find by the way..). I came across Natural Hair Spa, which I decided to try and see it for myself. Was well looked after at reception, and was introduced to Veronica, who would complete both Pedicure and Manicure for me. Veronica was really professional and did a great job, at the same time making me feel comfortable and at ease, with some interesting conversations and suggestions, which I will definitely take on board thank you Veronica :), God bless you. Will definitely be my regular place, whilst I'm around Lisbon. Men, if you do look after your hands and feet (I hope you do!! lool), give it a try @ Natural Hair Spa and you will not regret it. Veronica will make you look fresh, feel lighter & walk away feeling a million dollars! $$ Best money you ever spend is on you ;).

Needed to get a hair cut since I had lots of split ends. Found this shop, walked in and they were very nice. Got a good trim for 15 euros.
