A friend of mine recommended this place a while back and yesterday I had the opportunity to try it. Fantastic! I’m happy with the haircut I got, the guy was professional, and the head massage is fantastic. Enjoyed the relaxing music too. Price is right for the experience.

Very nice place! I went in to this place without a pre-booking and they could help me straight away. My Portuguese was not very good but I got a nice welcome from the team there and with some help I was able to communicate what I wanted. Next time I go, I will know how to talk to you in Portuguese, I promise! Tiago, the hair dresser, was very detailed and the outcome of my hair cut is perfect. I love it.

I arrived at Zen on a rescue mission after a terrible job done on my hair by another professional. Using organic and chemical-free products was imperative since I am pregnant. It was an absolutely incredible experience: the friendliness and care in the service, the quality of the products used and the final result - miraculous! Terrible service. I made the appointment, they sent a message the day before confirming the appointment. On the same day they said they couldn't help me. We talked and I waited 1 hour before being told that I would have to wait longer. Always different times. When I decided to leave, they said they could answer. I commented on the lack of organization but that I accepted being attended to at that time. They ended up telling me that they weren't going to see me after all and asked me to leave. I asked for the book. They were not at all friendly during the process. A tremendous lack of professionalism and respect.
