Botox
is
always
applied
without
the
client
seeing
the
product
and
the
invoice
contains
the
name
of
a
procedure
(which
I
didn't
do)

the
name

the
product.
Hyaluronic
acid
very
weak
in
results,
both
on
dark
circles
and
on
the
lips.
Unfriendly
nurse
on
the
phone
answering
questions,
bordering
on
irony
and
sarcasm,
confrontational
attitude
and
unusual
informality
when
addressing
the
client
by
name,
which
I
did
not
admit
to
her,
as
I
was
not
her
schoolmate
and
we
did
not
even
belong
to
the
same
generation.
Probably
following
this
sad
interaction,
at
the
15-day
appointment
I
had
to
listen
(in
a
paternalistic
tone)
to
the
doctor's
questioning
and
judgment
about
my
personality,
in
addition
to
a
somewhat
justifying
and
overvalued
speech
about
the
results
(especially
the
lip
filler)
.
There
is
always
doubt
as
to
whether
the
quantity
administered
was
correct
or
sufficient
and,
if
not,
whether
it
would
not
be
fairer
to
offer
continuity
alternatives
(which
I
would
certainly
accept)
to
better
achieve
the
expected
objectives.
There
didn't
seem
to
be
any
interest
in
that.
I
thought
I
wouldn't
say
anything
about
it,
but
600
euros
is
money
and
it
could
help
to
improve
or
avoid
future
mistakes.
For
me
it
was
a
small
disappointment.
Overall,
I
can
conclude:
lots
of
grapes,
few
grapes.
