I’ve been going to this studio for 7 months now and I can honestly say I’m super grateful for the team that works there. I attend the group classes and do 1 on 1 reformer classes once a week. My instructor for 1 on 1 reformer sessions is Filipa and I’m super blown away at her knowledge, care and kindness. I really enjoy that all the instructors, Anna, Afonso, Bruna and Filipa have their own style and all of them are great so I can attend whatever class and walk out feeling positive. I’m definitely feeling stronger after these 7 months and have this awesome team to thank! Great job 👏🏽
