We recently visited the store to get a kitchen quote , they were very busy on Saturday pm, we were advised to come back Sunday morning, Alexander was fantastic in the kitchen department, gave us a quote within 40 minutes of seeing him, and that was for everything including the kitchen sink !! Were ready now to place the order

I was at the store in Loulé, Algarve. I ordered and paid in advance, as required, for a visit to my home by a technician that would make an apraisal for instalation of a shower box after removal of a bath tub. Appointment was made. The day came and nobody showed up. I have called twice with my complaint and so far no actions. No new appointment, no excuses for no service.

Helpful staff but most tools are over priced stays the internet stores. We bought a Salamander from here and their contractor installed it incorrectly. We are still awaiting resolution 5 months later.

You can’t use the upstairs garage without walking through a wall of smoke. The employees setup a smoking area and everything smells, including inside the store. It’s disgusting.

I like Leroy Merlin and have been a good customer for many years, however this visit was unsuccessful as they didn't have what I wanted. The staff were very pleasant as always.

Terrible customer experience. The worst ever. Atrocious! I purchased 2 water heaters/ boilers from Leroy Merlin. Both were professionally installed. One boiler worked. The other did not. Yesterday I drove 2+ hours from Porto Côvo to Loulé to exchange the non-working boiler for one that functions. After waiting in a long line, I was informed that I needed to have a technician come to my home in rural Porto Côvo to assess and repair my brand new boiler. In other words, I pay for a brand new product and then get it repaired - which means I continue using an otherwise defective electrical product in my home when I deliberately purchased a new, working product. I am totally inconvenienced by: 1. No hot water because it's broken. 2. I have to get help from a manufacturer that I have no relationship with and they have no motivation to help me whatsoever. 3. It cost me 5 hours + €50 to drive to Loulé and back (with tolls + gas) for a broken product with no help or support. In fact, I was told that it's "my problem" not Leroy Merlin's!!! 4. I received NO INFORMATION WHATSOEVER on how to contact the technician I'm supposed to have come repair the boiler. 5. Who is paying for this technician? I'm already out €200 with the price of a broken boiler + driving to the Algarve. Bottom line: I am totally and completely screwed over by Leroy Merlin and their inane policy. They have the relationship with the manufacturer. They need to manage the quality control of the products they receive. As an individual I have no clout, no control, and no influence - just a broken, useless boiler - and I've lost €200 + what I paid a plumber and many hours of my time. Absolutely awful experience. I would give 0 stars if it were an option.

today at the self-service checkout around 11:56 there was very nice service. The lady helped me and explained everything as needed. I highly recommend it and hope someone will appreciate this lady. Thank You!

Low quality items for high price - not a good match. Item lasts 6 months and start rusting. Deep disappointment on many levels but mainly on the selection and variation of the garden chairs. Better off with any chinese shop.

The staff in Loule are always so helpful. Most of them speak English which is great when you're like me and still learning Portuguese. Great selection of products!

We bought and paid for a gas grill online. Have also arranged the pick-up date online. After we drove from VRSA to loule to pick up the gas grill, we were told that no grill is in stock. I asked the seller to give us a shopping voucher of 20€ (for petrol), leroy Merlin refused. That's certainly not how you win customers. I will look elsewhere in the future.

A nice hyper sized hardware store with helpful and knowledgeable staff. The store is well organized and they also have even more items to choose from online. The parking and the store entrance is handicap accessible. They have wifi available in the store and I recommend signing up for their loyalty card, it provides some nice benefits. They also have clean bathrooms for customers.

I needed a couple of things for the house. Found everything, but there is so much more to see! Huge parking lot with e-charging stations.

Great place to buy everything including a new kitchen sink. Staff speak English and are very helpful, but it does help if you say hello in Portuguese first, and say thank you in Portuguese also. Competitive prices. Excellent choice of cheap household appliances

They've got everything! Definitely the place to go for construction and decoration. Watch prices. Not cheap. The level of staff kindness and assertivity is way higher than the local average.

Very disorganised 'click and drive'. Item ordered and paid for but it wasn't available to collect. I was directed to 4 different departments until I finally found the item. We use Leroy Merlin a great deal and find the store well stocked and the staff very helpful so I was disappointed to see what a shambles their click and collect, Loule, is. All previous reviews I have done have been *****.

Excellent shop. High quality products well displayed and marked and easy to find the corresponding boxes. Will be back there soon for more shopping.
