A recently opened and Modernised gym is a new addition to the area. They have an open space outside the front and back for people to train. They have a good selection of gym equipment from machines and benches to a squat rack and mat section. They also sell sporting equipment here and there is a cafe/rest area as well.

Clean, airy and well equipped gym. Wonderful, friendly owner who makes sure all members are benefiting from their experience. Several programs offered including personal trainers, spinning, boxing and martial arts. They are continuously improving their space, and their latest significant expansion and redesign is terrific! More space for both equipment and programs.

I was able to purchase a subscription for 4 weeks easily and inexpensively. Thanks to the large number of training devices, I always found a place to let off steam. Pleasant and friendly service that I would happily recommend!

Best gym in Vila Real. It opens 7am. All the others open at 10am and close early. Also it's a nice size with great equipment

Very bad experience!! The machines are very old and rusty. The gym is in very poor condition, but the owner and personal trainer are very rude. I was doing triceps and I let the weights go, as I had finished my set. It made some noise - I didn't realise, as I was wearing headphones. The owner came to me and said, "This is too much weight for you," and he wasn't polite about it. Those weights weren't too much for me. I can do more than that even without letting the weight go with a bang. Later, as my friend and I were doing abs on a mat, the personal trainer came to us and said that we had to use a towel for the mat. I do understand their point, but for a shabby gym with broken machines, they could at least have the courtesy to say things in a polite manner. I won't be going to this gym anymore. My friend and I will be joining a gym in Tavira. You've lost two customers, which is €60 a month!

I think the gym is amazing, it's a great place to be, everything is always clean, it's a peaceful environment full of incredible people, I just think one thing should be improved, which is adding new weights because some are a little broken, but otherwise it's incredible
