Probably the deepest assortment of DIY items in Lisboa. And there's a real effort to stay up to date in terms of products and processes. Example: it won't take you more than 5 min to get refund for items you want to return. No questions aked. On the downside, it is hilarious that literally every time I have items in my shopping cart that of which the bar code sticker had gone missing, require a phone call from the cash desk to a supervisor (who normally don't attend). Nice and friendly cafeteria to make up for that hassle... some month later: I've taken one star because of frequent out-of-stock of important items. After an initial response, customer service, hasn't shown any more reaction despite several reminders and surely hasn't solved the issue. See pics

Mess and a Joke !! If you pay today they are not able to take your things the same day , you need to wait 24h for them to allow you to pick the things from the shop floor, as the downstairs and upstairs are not working together to make the customers happy . They are working against you rather then for you . This was second time I shop with this brand and for certain it’s the last time . We booked a van and wasted the money because of their inability to sort simple things through, spend 3500 euros and got service this level ! Waste of time money and energy !!

Huge store with everything related to building materials, home interior decoration, sanitary wares, hardware, etc.. etc. Good parking. Kind staff. Long queues at cashiers. All in all, recommendable.

The store has a reasonable variety of products but fails if you want anything other than ordinary. Not that many router tools, floor workers have little to no knowledge and are always running from you ( they know you will be asking tough questions...). Last time tried to buy a wood protector against bugs: could not find it, and after ten minutes waiting/looking for support I gave up. I got much better service from a small workshop... this is not a one time experience...

My go to hardware store. Big, spacious and typically had several options for every item I go look for. The only problems are in payment. The self service cashiers haven't been working for a while and there are pretty long queues in the other ones.

Always long wait to be attended, long queues to pay, high prices. Some healthy competition needed here in Portugal..

Big prices, but also big variety of products. Missing different offers of products or persona helping in store. Good option to return unused things. Big different things. Construction guys are saying that Leroy merlin is expensive and there are small shops where you can buy things cheaper (including Brico and Intermache), but Leroy merlin sometimes saves your time with going to different shops. Also its possible to return things very easy if its not fit or it wasn't used at all.

One of the worst DIY places on this planet. 2h after the purchase things break. Low quality products made by engineers who don’t know where the force applies. Second, nearly all showcased products are just badly put together. Try a shower, a bbq or a windowed door. Handles are missing or it doesn’t move at all. Either the team is untalented to build (you really should not hire them. I mean what advice can they give, really) or the products are just bad. Unfortunately there is not much choice in Portugal to Leroy Merlin. Bad. So I will have to bring things from Germany.

Zero stars service. Information on site - 4 products inside the store. Inside the store - only one product. Workers said "you must go to another store, they have 10 products inside the store. I spent an hour on the road, and in other store they have only 1 product inside. Very bad service. Spend my time, spend money, can't buy.

service is poor; i wanted to buy a lamp (last one hanging on the ceiling); they need 1 day or more to remove it from the electricity / ceiling which is a 1 minute job and need to come back again to buy it... really?

You should hire whoever was managing Leroy Merlin in Russia and fire whoever is managing Leroy Merlin in Portugal. Constant problems with stock, online website tells me item is in stock, I come to Alfragide - not there. Another item, website says it is in stock in Parque das Nações, I come - again not there. Often you miss most basic items, especially for plumbing and electricity works. You are not an online store, you are a brick and mortar store, if you expect your customers to always order online - there are better options than Leroy Merlin pricewise and stockwise. Use your strengths, do not follow trends blindly.
