Excellent stay at Honnavar. If we ever visit, definitely we will stay here only. The location, overall layout plan and rooms are all good. Very neat maintained property with huge parking. AC, 24x7 hot water, room service, behavior of people - everything was nice. Restaurant service is also there - both Veg and non-Veg. Food are good but options are somehow limited. Rooms are also good. We feel if tea/coffee maker would be added that would have been excellent. Because their restaurant service begins after 7 AM - not before. Located on the highway and back side there is sea beach if you cross 100 meter through forest. We could see peacocks, eagles in that jungle. Lot of flower on cactus with bees humming. After coming back from sea you can clean yourself before entering your room. Most of the attractions in Honnavar are very very near as the hotel is located at the center. We stayed 3 nights and very good stay for family and others. Thank you Shanbhag Residency!!!

Stayed 3 nights and well versed experience. 1. Room were neatly maintained. 2. Staff at reception were nice and accommodating. 3. In Room service is limited. Should have tea/coffee pouches, water heater no option. 4. Veg and Non veg restaurants present in premises. With very limited and no so quality food; compared to outside options. 5. Very good thing is location of resort center to all famous location and easy to go all places in Honnavar. Would recommend it for first time stay.

Decent place for staying with family. They have 2 restaurants attached, so no worries as far as food is concerned. Rooms are small, can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. Beach is very close, perhaps about 100-150 m from the premise. It's not exactly a resort, more of a beach lodging. Service is good, couple of young boys managing the show. This place is right on the highway.

It was a pleasant stay here. Highly recommended. Price is economical. Room was clean. Added plus point is there is a private beach which is very clean. There is a attached veg and non veg restaurants separately. If you are non vegetarian then must try crab sukka. We stayed for 2 nights and our little one enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful place, right on the highway NH66. Extremely accessible and easy to find. They have two restaurants attached. One for veg one for non veg which have seperate kitchen as well. We tried the veg restaurant and it was good. If you are going to veg restaurant I suggest you order south indian food. The north Indian food is not good. Regarding beach, they have a access to a beach which seems quiet private and beautiful. You can lie down here even at night for star gazing. They have ample and huge parking space. Lastly about rooms, they are small and cozy. Felt a bit pricey. But I guess it is because of beach accessibility. Wifi was very good and fast.

The property is located on the Honnavar highway and easy to locate. Budget friendly and neat rooms. A bit small for longer stays. The reception desk is fast but can be more organised. The beach can be accessed from the property. You have AC and non AC options available.

Visited here during April. Location is good. Service is not good. No proper food options . Beach access path is not safe. Nearby eco beach is good place to visit. Opposite to eco beach is a nice walk track in the forest area. There is boating available too

We stayed on long independence weekend. Room booking done via call and sent advance payment over GPay. Staff is very helpful to provide all services like extra towels, water bottles, wifi password and other your requirements. Resort have private beach which is very scenic - must visit. Restaurant is ok with food and service, surely not comparable with resort facility.

Congested rooms. Intercom connection acts weird,if you try calling reception, it reaches some other room and it happens everytime. (no matter how many times you try) They have an attached vegetarian restaurant . Service is very poor and takes a longtime for room service to arrive. Non veg restaurant is also attached but they don't have the room service option. Only good thing about this place is beach is at a walkable distance. Parking space is adequate.

Everything was really good.. fantastic private beach.. really nice location.. easy accessibility.. walkable to places like mangrove board walk & eco beach.. However things like room cleanliness, variety in veg food options, light installation in the path to the beach need to be considered.. location is fantastic and can be improved to take it to next level. Otherwise a pleasant experience!!

Everything is fine but the way which leads to private beach is very dangerous to anyone they must clean the way to go for beach When we went we were stopped by two huge cobra snakes we came back And rooms have some insects so we must be careful but they are ok

Stayed here for 2days .. it's not a resort but decent place to stay with family ... Both Veg nd Non veg restaurants are there... Small rooms but ok for a couple... It's on the highway itself... and nearby to all the tourists places in honnavara

Excellent location, they have there private clean beach Friendly staff, wifi, towels, ac rooms. The restaurant I would not recommend. Otherwise great place to stay. I felt really relaxed.

Location is awsome and close to beach with walkable distance. But the rooms are small and not well maintained. The restaurant has good food but the very poor condition with plastic glasses and poor cutlery.

Resort is located on the highway and next to eco beach. Ample of parking space. Rooms are decent and spacious. Also veg restaurant is available. Hardly couple of minutes walk to beach to view the memorizing sunset. Good place for stay for family. Close to mangroves nature walk and boat rides.

Rooms are not so comfortable, der is no dressing table , no chairs on some rooms n etc , nearby hotel - not so delicious 😒, had bad experience. Don't know about nonveg becoz I'm vegan.
