Worst food I've ever had. They just ruined our diwali lunch. Biriyani is so bland and dry. It tastes like nothing. And the barbeque chicken is so hard and not at all fresh. Please avoid this hotel especially during the feast days.

I was really looking forward to trying out this restaurant that everyone was talking about because of its famous name and social media buzz. A friend suggested it as the best place for biryani in Mannargudi, so I decided to order some for pickup during my vacation. They told me I could only place the order at the restaurant and not over the phone due to their busy schedule. When I arrived, I was excited to see the place full of people, thinking the food would be amazing. However, I was quite disappointed. The biryani turned out to be strange-tasting, overly salty rice with tough pieces of mutton. Even the chicken biryani was too salty. I couldn't understand why people would wait in line for this kind of food. It made me wonder if there are no better restaurants in Mannargudi or if this restaurant is just creating a fake sense of demand and creating the fear of missing out marketing strategy to get unsuspecting customers to taste some useless food.

I am eating chicken biryani 10th time in Mannargudi Toppi vappa . Opening time chicken biryani super, but now a days chicken biryani taste not good, it's taste same for normal kuska, in briyani oil fully not there very dry. Onion curd also dilute, ennai katharikai is not there nalla ennai. Totally Thoppi vappa briyani today onwards not good, it's average only.

Disappointed, Bad planning and no information on the service , just waited for hours then came to know it takes 2hours after getting a token. They have to respect customer time instead of creating fake hype. Better they have to inform people who are standing in queue 😤. This is only on service . Food not tried yet.

Biriyani is very super, but afternoon 3.00pm is serving not hot, so feel like much better

We waited for more than 2hrs to get briyani on their opening day in Mannargudi. Briyani Taste is good but the chicken wasn't soft, hope they can reduce the price and affordable for all briyani lovers.

I went there on last Sunday. Food quality [Biriyani, prawn 65, fish finger] is worst to this higher cost. Sunday is the opportunity to the hotel to meet many customers to provide good quality food to come back to this hotel again and again. But they didn't provide good food.

Mutton biriyani which I had contains knee bones of goat that made me to feel disgust ...... Taste of biriyani is nice but disappointment in meat which is very less in quantity. Half of the biriyani weight was bones of meat Note: Plain biriyani is Preferred

Briyani wise top notch. I ordered mutton chukka i never had the worst chukka ever. They prepared after my order.They simply packed Big mutton pieces with masala. It is not chukka.

I never had this kind of worst biryani in my life. This is just 'mannu with vegadha mutton'.
