First of all, the lady who is in the cash should be removed and a new staff should be appointed. She is very arrogant and rude to the customers... My food was at first served by a cleaning staff... So that itself depicts how the shop is being managed... Shan Joseph please do change the structure and staff of your shop if you sincerely want improvement
