The hotel is an ideal choice for families who are traveling together. It is located close to the highways, making it extremely convenient for travellers. As for the rooms, they are spacious and very clean. The staff at the restaurant and the hotel reception were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast at the hotel was very delightful since it was tasty and we had a fantastic time eating it.

Many places it is advised as 4 star hotel but trust me it is a average 3 star hotel. The service is very slow. The staff knows only Tamil and little or no English .The room is not worth the price advertised. You can have better rooms with good amenities with this price in other hotels in Rameswaram. The hotel policies are designed to lure out money from customers. After having vacant rooms they still charged us for early check in for half day and without breakfast. They will not give you proper bill for early check in as that money goes in the pocket of front desk employees.

A glamorous hotel at prime location with various types of rooms available at reasonable prices. The washrooms are small and the room's interior can be designed more efficiently.

3kms away from the main Rameshwaram temple. No seperation for bathing space. When one takes bath, entire bathroom is filled with water. Very old fittings and fixtures. Room is spacious. Food is overpriced. Getting autorickshaw is very easy. Helpful staff.

We landed Rameswaram without confirmed stay on 18 Feb 2023 and finally got a family room in the midnight by Arjunaa. Spacious room with a dining table made the stay comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Hope that can be improved in future

Nice & comfortable stay.. rooms are clean and spacious.. bathing area is relatively small though.. staff is warm and courteous.. food is cooked to perfection but services may get a tad bit delayed during peak hours in the restaurant. Overall value for money 👍🏼

We stayed for 2 days, value for money... Rooms are clean and spacious. provide kettle for making our own coffee and tea. 24 hours hot water service. Centralized A.C. Room service available. Restaurant available.Food quality is good. Caring staff. In highway just after 3 kms after pamban bridge. Enough space for parking.

Fancy Outside..Hollow Inside. Looks and review comments deceived me. I book my trip with family and not at all satisfied with the quality of rooms, staff's behavior (in particular the staffs at reception) and restaurant (Have found fly in the food) etc..Food taste was good, but the day we saw a fly in the dish we ordered, changed all our mind. On top the reception staff really needs a learning on how to speak to their customers. Room was torn out, bathroom tiles were broken, wall paper torn out etc. Not sure we were the unlucky ones to got this kind of rooms or is that the story of all rooms. We had two rooms and both have something missing or the other.

This location is adequate. There are numerous other hotels along this stretch. The space was extremely dusty. We could really see a lot of dust in the air as we opened the curtain. This hotel is pricey for a three-star establishment. You can find 4-star hotel for a comparable price. Breakfast was complimentary, however it was subpar. We always had good breakfast whenever we traveled to Tamil Nadu. So, this was a letdown. Lunch and dinner were not tried. We attempted to order dessert but it was unavailable. We tried lunch from another highly rated restaurants in Rameswaram, Ahaan restaurant. This was even bad.

My husband and I came for darshan at Rameshwaram. What makes a hotel great is not the fact that mistakes don’t happen, but how of management responds to mistakes. Do they blame the guest or do they take responsibility, accountability and remedy the problem quickly? We came using their travel agency for a driver from Madurai to the hotel, we had a nightmare of an experience with this driver who change the price every 20 km on the way and then try to extort us at the very end when everything was already set and confirmed. Understandably this caused huge havoc and put a really bad taste in our mouth upon arrival, but when we arrived and explained what happened, the management returned the extra money, the driver demanded and gave us the best driver and car for our stay. The staff at the hotel is phenomenal and the restaurant is by far the best in Rameshwaram. Renugopal, Bhaskar, the cleaning staff, the hotel staff and restaurant staff were all exceptional. We 100 percent recommend this hotel.

Found them on MMT but booked by calling in.. trouble free booking... calling them directly worked better and cheaper.. Rooms are decent..very basic toiletries stocked up .no mini bar . Rooms are spacious.. decent parking available inside the hotel Best part of the hotel is the staff Very courteous and polite..best part is they are very accomodative. We booked for 2 days but had to cancel a night and they happily helped us out. Infact this hotel called us and checked on our check in time and if we sought some assistance. Saravanan helped us with booking and front desk guys are fab with assisting guests Close to temple and other fancy hotels like Residency, Daiwik etc, location is good too

Situated right on the main road, leading to the temple. Had booked two rooms, one four bedded family room and a deluxe room. The deluxe room was nice, whereas the family room was excellent. It had a four seater dining table which was really convenient for the six of us. The room was well maintained. The bathroom is tiny. The buffet breakfast needs drastic improvement. For the major meals, avoid the in-house restaurant and head to Aryaas (Veg) restaurant nearby.All in all, a very good option for a pleasant stay in the holy town of Rameshwaram.

Room is quite spacious but lacks modernisation. Breakfast spread is minimal and the same everyday. No continental options; not ready on time. Location is good and staff is humble. Service is slow in the restaurant and options are limited for lunch/dinner. Absolutely no facilities in the hotel . Free wifi details were not shared though it was promised to be sent by whatsapp ! Overall not worth the price we pay

We took breakfast and dinner in this hotel. Very nice preparation of foods, very good staff, highly cooperative and gentle. Looking to the inside look, it seems that rooms and rest of the amenities would be upto the mark. Nice for stay and eating.

Everything is good... No more to say... Family or singles will love this hotel... Plenty of parking... Near to temple and comfortable stay... For drivers who come with there owners are rental car... There is separate room and bathroom everything with no cost.... For drivers free...only one thing your customers should be in hotel room. So take rest drivers and be ready to drive car happily with relaxing sleep done here night.

Arjuna hotel is a good hotel to stay with family. Very much accessible to most of the places in rameshwaram ( Abdul kalam house and memorial is 2kms), ram sethu is 6kms, danushkodi is 8kms… Rooms are very neatly maintained with all amenities and requirements. Their restaurant has very good menu (but only veg). Most of the food items which ordered were all tasting good.

First of all the property - Located just at a convenient distance from temple. The property is big one with proper car parking and well curated garden. The Lobby is massive with ample sitting areas. There is in house restaurant serving North Indian cuisines as well. 2nd Rooms - We booked a family room (4004) in first week of November'22 as we were family of 4 pax with a 5 year old child. It was quite big with 2 double beds enough for 4 people. It also housed a mini dining table. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. The washroom was small compared to the size of room but was hygienic. All toiletries were provided. Service - You can avail in room service for dining and it's quick. The staffs are very responsive and very polite. Special mention to the front desk people who accomodated our special request for holding the room even after checking out for usage of washrooms as we wanted to revisit the temple again. They were also very helpful in providing the necessary information about how to visit the temple and the rituals involved. A big help for someone visiting for the very 1st time. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend this for any traveller for stay at Rameshwaram. Great team at work. To add further Hire a local auto to visit temple from the property instead of taking your own vehicle. It costs a fixed rate of 100 on one side. The autos are easily accessible from outside the hotel gate and guards will assist you to hire one. 👍🏻 PS- I had booked the hotel via Make My Trip.

We had some pleasent experience with this hotel.. 1. Located at the highways easily traceable. 2. Near to temple 2kms and railway station less than 2kms 3. Parking lot was spacious but no shadows 4. Ambience and interior of reception was superb. 5. Reception service was excellent 6. Temple view rooms available (i guess only few) 7. Room service and the customer handling also good. 8. Rooms were spacious enough, it was clean and neatly maintained Some points to be considered. 1. Restaurant at the hotel was looking good. The taste should be good but it is below average i would say. 2. There were so many houseflies seen in lobby (waiting area in the couch) which wasn't good. 3. Combo (accommodation+food) not recommended as the quality of the food. It should be improved to catch customers attention. 4. If breakfast is made complementary, these points can be ignored. Overall it is a superb hotel to accommodate with family and friends.

Very slow service. Behaviour of staff was very rude and sometimes disrespectful. Bathrooms are too small. Buffet breakfast utensils are not very clean. Would not suggest to stay here. Hotel Daivik or SS Grand would be much better choice.

Best place to stay. Recommended for stay. Nice supporting staff. Food is very good. Little bit high on price, but worth it.

Cons: Bathroom door lock broken. Curtains are torn. Bed and pillow was not clean. Found lots of hair on arrival. No mosquito repellent inspite of having mosquito. AC is not working properly. Housekeeping and reception is pathetic. I booked 3 x rooms for 2 nights and they are charing 12% extra for card payment. Pros: nice small restaurant. Both food and staff is good. Food is vegetarian. Overall: Not worth money.

Very nice place to stay in. The room service was fast and the people provided us what we needed quickly. The food service and quality was average but was delicious. We enjoyed our stay !

The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and food was delicious. The buffet had a refill delay because of the crowd. Everything else was spot on. And we had a comfortable stay.

Hotel ambience is very good. But one thing must say in my staying that is misguidance of Hotel Manager. He allotted us ground floor room whereas others who came later got upward floor rooms. We booked our room in August 2022. It is not expecting from this Hotel.
