Worst Hotel I had booked two room for my family for our visit to Rameshwaram on 25 Jan 2018. Usually I don't take the pain posting reviews online, but this time I really felt doing because I don't want any other families experience the same horrible experience in future booking this hotel. * The hotel is not providing any parking facility for four wheelers. We had only two options available, either park our car in a vacant road which was not at all secure considering the surroundings (the place had no light and was packed with street dogs) or park in a parking slot managed by some other agency which was 2.5 Km apart for which they charged Rs.100. * Lift was not working. * Room was very untidy and was giving an impression that it has not been cleaned for decades. * The bed sheet and pillow cover was too dirty. On complaining they told that the dhobi (the cleaning staff) as on leave for 3 days and they could not manage to clean the bed sheet/pillow covers. On multiple request we were just given a single new bed sheet. * The cupboard and the table had the decayed food particles that was left by the left by the people who stayed before. The hotel did not even take it as their responsibility to clean this for us. * The bathroom too horrible. Literally felt like vomiting on entering the bathroom. It was not clean and very unhygienic. The tap was leaking and the bucket was broken and dirty. * I think they are pumping the sea water directly to their water tank. The water was too salty that we had to buy water bottles to brush our teeth in the morning. Overall it was a hell. Never ever will forget this experience in my life time. So friends, please beware.

Don't go for this Hotel unless you can deal with the cheapest amenities you can get! The bedroom was below average with portions covered with clothes to cover broken walls. We booked a room for 3 persons and there were one small bed and a double bed. The bedsheet in the small one was not at all clean. The bathroom was spacious and was visibly clean but the toilet flush was not working. And I don't know if this is specific to this hotel, the water was salty as if it pumped the sea water. Then lastly the maintenance, I believe the guy at the reception only remembered us when we checked out. Yes it was that bad, for the 3 days we stayed there, nobody came and cleaned the room. At least they could have put a waste bin and a mat in the room.

Absolutely filthy place. Toilets are not cleaned for ages and pipes are leaking. Nor are the rooms. No basic cleanliness. The TV in the room does not have connection. Just a showpiece. They don't even supply clean drinking water as a complimentary. The photos posted in websites are misleading. Best avoided.

Please don't waste the time here. The hotel is very DIRTY and as well the hotel staff is not very friendly and they are very busy at watching movies and all and the hotel lift is not working and the whole hotel floor very unhygienic. The rooms are in pathetic condition. The floor is very DIRTY and room is full of mosquitoes. The windows are broken. And there is too much electricity cut. The ceiling is also full of spyder and spyder nets. No basin for hand wash and if it is there then then the basin will not have tap in there. Please @Google include a 0 star to just post this and remove my existing star.

Hi, I booked this hotel from yatra app, I noticed 1or 2 bad reviews, still looking at price and hotel images shown there, I went ahead with booking. They cheated with other hotel pics by giving fake photos for this hotel address. I never thought I'll face all those negative experiences, plus additional few negative experiences of my own. The hotel never looks like the product image shown in app, I've attached the images from inside. The actual check-in was 12pm, we came late like 2pm the room wasn't ready yet, the receptionist said wait for 15 mins. We waited for 30 mins no update , since we're tired by travel, we went up to our allocated room. The janitor/maintenance guy said they just got the keys and wait for another 20 mins. We just stood in front of the room for 15 mins standing with luggage and kids. The other lady was rude, saying like let them wait longer, the guy was atleast considered our situation. The floor was fully wet, strong smell of phenyl unfit for kids, which lasted for 4 hours and the other mattress were extremely dirty and having moulds. Attached photos. Mattress, sheets and pillow cover were promised to be changed in 30 minutes. We didn't have choice but to settle down in previous users sheets with kids. It was changed after 3 hours when we finished a little nap. The room appeared wet and no sign of air flow, so the floors remained wet till night, no wonder it's mouldy. We thought of going out at night for dinner and noticed that floor were water logged, came out and saw that the entire floor and stairs were flooded with water leakage from somewhere. No soul came to clean or take them out from the room, the just cleaned the stairs. There were water going in main electricity switches, I was extremely worried about my kids of being electrocuted and slippery stairs & floors. Finally went up after finishing dinner, I thought of taking a nap and noticed that ceiling wad leaking as well, my peaceful sleep was ruined. Like every 20-30 mins a drop of water will fall in my face. I would never recommended visiting this hotel with a family.

If you're reading this, never ever book a room in this hotel, it's pathetic.Rooms have no cleanliness whatsoever.Toilets are unhygienic, only one tap in entire bathroom, which you'll have to use both for bathing & cleaning your bums after potty. Bedsheets & pillows are covered with beach sand Taps have salty water which you can't use for brushing or bathing Buckets given are broken as well as mugs. Drainage is also pathetic. <br/>If possible,I would have given it a ratings in minus.

Most worst hotel in whole Tamilnadu if i can half star then i will give it . Waste of money do not take room in this worst . Bathroom and toilets are totally horrible . Nd everywhere on furnitures are damaged by terminites and mosquitoes are coming inside room because window is broken . Mirror is broken also. Pls i request that like my review and post some bad reviews truely without scaring and give this hotel worst review. There are ants TV is just for showpiece .the price should be 100 per night by seeing conditions.Most worst place to stay

Our experience was nothing short of terribly bad. Note to everyone : I booked this hotel online through Agoda. I opted for breakfast and AC room with free WiFi and paid Rs.2000. To my shock, they don't respect online bookings and the owner straight away told me there is no AC room in their hotel. However, I noticed that they had 2 AC rooms that they allot to people who book in person. The booking charges in person for non-AC is Rs.700 and for AC room is Rs.1200. Never do online booking to this hotel. There is no WiFi or breakfast options here. BEWARE. THE ONLY POSITIVE IS THE PROXIMITY TO TEMPLE. However, it's in a location where autos or taxis or not allowed. Summary : Badly managed, rarely working lift, improperly working hot water facility (imperfectly working geyser), no AC and no breakfast option with the room.

Worst experience ever, don’t even think of this stay. We booked 2 weeks back and payed the amount, but on the day of checkin this stupid receptionist said there’s no rooms available, and he’s not even tried to refund our amount.

I would rate 0 star because the hotel service and the room condition were in very bad condition, A free dormitory is much better than this, Worst service and maintenance.

Very bad property. Very dirty and total useless. Will not give even singe star. Lift not working. No housekeeping. Used room provided without cleaning. Very dirty bathroom and bedsheets. Broken window glass, and hence lot of bugs and Mosquitoes. Broken fan regular. Toilet flush was broken hence no flush. No blanket, No towels, no soap nothing was provided. Called for cleaning, and their answer was: NO STAFF AVAILABLE. Totally waste of money, already prepaid 1300.00 on Agoda and got Garbage house in return.

The service is very bad in the hotel. All the bed and rooms are very very worst and broken. I had booked through Oyo AC rooms but there owner told that there are no AC rooms at all only non AC rooms which are worst. Even there Is online booking they behave with harsh. Please don't do online for this hotel The booking charges in direct for non-AC is Rs.700 and for AC room is Rs.1200 don't get foolish by booking online. BEWARE.
