Requesting evereyone not to visit this hotel with friends and family. I wish there is a way to give minus stars. We have booked a room which has 2 double bed and they have not provided required pillow and only one blanket, supriprisely when we asked to provide one more blanket they replied so bluntly, arrogantly and responded back that they will not give anything. When we were complaining about all our issues there were 5 more people who were complaining about the room and their service and to my shock he was not bothered to reply back or intended to give any service. This is the worst hotel and hotel service i come across my life.

Not satisfied due to Very Poor Service, Room Not Cleaning, Hotel Staff very Hard Language. Peoples Plz don't book for said hotel.

Not recommended at all, no bathroom door lock from inside, pillows stain, housekeeping staff smoking cigarettes but hot water was available

Very good cleaning, single bedroom room size is also very good, bedsheet and pillows also provided. Bathroom also good cleaning. TV is not working.

This is really an awesome hotel just nearby railway station. All the staff members are very courtesies and helpful.I enjoyed my trip in this hotel.It is new and well maintained property. the reception was really helpful and always available in case any help needed, he is very polite guy. much appreciated. if you come to Rameshwaram then you should stay here only. and thanks once again.....all hotel staff

The only good thing about the hotel was location. Rooms are old and not maintained. Hot water tap was not working in our rooms. Rooms were dirty and having spider webs on top. No towel, shampoo etc. Rooms were moist. No idea for what they charge more than 2000 Rs per room.

Very near to temple and good parking space! Rooms and service ok.

One of the worst place to stay , All they want is Money First they said one room is 3000 but when they saw we didn't have any other option they made it 5000 for one room They didn't provide ac Staff don't even know how to work literally throwing luggage where ever they can and their own people complaining about luggage being on ground.they didn't deliver the luggage to room either and during check eno one helped with anything, all staffs ignored. We carried all our luggage by ourselves and asked a glass of water but they didn't give us the little water either.

1 star room, Charges is like five star hotel but rooms are not even like 1 star… better go somewhere else far from temple.

We have booked 1 room double bed. On check in at 01.30 in the night, owner has denied to give room and after some arguments and full payment of money he gave us room. AC was not working, he didnt provided even normal water. Very dirty hotel and staff and owner of hotel Mr Bala was rude, uncultured person using abusive language. I wish i could rate hotel by -10.

Very bad customer experience... They charged me twice with an amount of 900 because of their own machine fault... But after calling and messaging they are cutting my calls... Eventually I didn't get my money back.. Not recommended at all.. U can find many good hotels over there.. please check those... The people over there are just money eaters... Can't trust them... Overall very bad and worse hotel I have ever been... Very dissatisfied and disappointed... I will recommend no one to stay there...

Please avoid this hotel if you can. Hospitality at its worst. Checked in to the room and found the room not cleaned. The toilet was like public toilet. Urine smell. I requested for a clean and the response from the staff was the toilet will be smelly if we use it.

People's Please don't book for said hotel due to below mention Concern 1) Hotel not cleaning 🧹 2) Hotel Staff very Arrogent. 3) Not Hot Water. 4) Food Quality very Poor. 5) Not Provide Pillows & Bedsheet.
