Excellent property to stay at Rameshwaram. Newly built and the rooms are extraordinary with all amenities. Buffet breakfast provided as complimentary is so tasty and collective with large varieties. Away from the temple chaos and conjustions but accessible enough too.

Earlier known as Hyatt Place Rameshwaram but now the owner have changed. So now known as JKR Resorts and Spa. Lockdown has affected the charm of the place a bit but still retains majority of them. Swimming pool was empty during my stay, hope they make that functional soon following Govt regulations. People are nice and helpful.

Loved the service here. Every single member of the staff from the front desk all the way up to the hotel manager himself go above and beyond to ensure every aspect of one's stay is comfortable and personalised. The restaurant serves excellent food with great Western options too (all vegetarian) was so good to have a delicious feta salad, pasta made al dente and Lovely thin crust pizzas

Great hotel, nice infrastructure. Awesome good spacious rooms which are net and clean. I like this hotel totally !!! Staffs are good and courteous everywhere. The hotel can see the possibility of having a valet parking too which could be super cool for aged travellers being a pilgrim location. Its very much recommended for family and business travelers. Good work team Hyatt Place.

The hotel is under Hyatt franchise and as I gathered will be off this franchise from February 2021. It is a nice property with ample of parking space. The restaurant is good and has delicious , only vegetarian food. It also has a spa, game room for children, spacious lounge, swimming pool was not functioning due to Covid restrictions. The staff is courteous and friendly. A nice place for a family stay.

Hotel is beautiful but need service improvement. we reached hotel after a long journey and no one can for luggage pick up, when we were in lobby for room checkIn process haven’t got any welcome drink even no one asked for drinking water as well. Plz serve at least water to guest when they come. food was just average, i tried north indian thali in lunch, which had good options but taste was average they need improvement. We tried bar as well must say they prepared awesome drinks.

We were wishing for a upscale hotel in Rameshwaram and Hyatt has delivered it! The ambience is fantastic and the staff very friendly. The rooms are Hyatt quality with a fabulous vegetarian restaurant. Everything we tasted at the restaurant was unique and tasty. The hotel has great basement parking. The temple is just 2.5Kms drive from the hotel. We loved the place so much that we extended our stay by one more day to relax and unwind.

Visited the hotel to place an cake order for my cousin son's first Birthday. The response and the service was excellent. Got the cake on time as requested in spite of busy day for them. The taste was awesome and we'll dressed up, Everyone liker it a lot. Thanks to Chef Venkat Reddy.

Great value for money. Excellent food and the best quality place to stay in Rameshwaram. Its rates are about half of Hyatt rates elsewhere but it is also a minimal place... Rooms with good but basic furniture and amenities limited to one good restaurant a basic gym and games room with minimal stuff. Plus a small pool. Great attitude of staff but house keeping needs to be improved overall.

We booked Hyatt as part of our 2 day visit to Rameswaram. The checkin was an argumentative conversation with the reception trying to convince us that our names did not give him a clue to issue instructions for foreign nationals. Very annoying post travel checkin. Eventually after digging through emails with passport and visa information the staff seem to be satisfied with what i would classify as immigration control. On the positive note. Fantastic helpful staff from the security guard to the bartender, we were greeted and well looked after. The room classified as king size to accommodate 3 adults was disappointing . Extra bed was required to accommodate the 3rd adult with room to table and sofa being compromised. I read reviews about food but we didn’t have a chance to check it out. The bar was well equipped with single malt, blended and variety of lager. Pool was well maintained. Overall the room service was above par, friendly staff and good location. Hence I am rating it 3, it would have been 1. 14k for a 2 day visit was not worth it for me and my family.

JKR - All rooms have spacious area and very neet. Their hospitality is very good. We couldn't enjoy swimming and gym because of pandemic period. Any how we had a nice stay

Beautiful rooms ,friendly staff, peaceful location. We felt safe here. All protocols followed during check in and throughout the stay Scope for improvement : The gentleman taking orders for In door dining needs improvement. There was a confusion over the menu and he didn't seem confident when asked about certain dishes . Apart from that everything was fine .

The best place that we have at Rameswaram for stay. Very good staff. Restaurant inside is good and fine, appreciate the staff hearing our feedback and taking care of it. I would suggest to order continental food rather than north or south Indian food. They need to work on Details and a tad bit on neatness. The shankh shop inside is also a good one.
