We have taken rooms at this hotel due to an emergency They only allow 15hrs instead of 24 hours which means they put their business first n not the customer's needs (p.s- all the hotels provide 24 hrs except this one )..if u pay money they would be ready to fullfill your needs if not they say vacate... N they charge too high for 15 hours Though we took two rooms for two nights they have not given atleast one hour allowance....we had to stay on roads n platforms till we got on our train

A good & economical hotel. Room was clean & spacious. The double bed can be improved as the springs could be felt through it. Bathroom was absolutely clean. No foul smell or stains. Around 1 km walk from the temple.

The price is lesser than the other nearby hotels, yet the quality of rooms are below what we pay for. The staff were very good, the person at the reception gave all the great information and suggestions. The rooms were clean when we arrived, there is no room service or regular cleaning. The room includes bed, pillows, side tables, plastic chairs, a table, an almirah, TV, AC, dustbin and a washroom. There will be a soap and towels provided on top of it. They do not have inhouse restaurant and you would have to order via online options for regular meals. They are loacted almost a km away from the main temple and are within walkable distance from panchmukhi hanuman, Ram and Lakshman teertham. Parking on the roadside. They have a tie-up for cab service for sightseeing.

Running a scam, they do-not honor the online bookings and refuse to allocate rooms and try to charge you for cancellations, by saying that the rooms are not available and you can cancel from the app you booked. Knowing there’s a cancellation charge. Also, the receptionist is very rude and talks in threatening tone.

10 mins walking to Ramanathaswamy temple. Hotel people are cordial. But dump smell in room. Fan in most rooms are noisy. Poor lighting. No attached mess. However the price is reasonable.

Good hotel for visitors who are coming from other states/countries because beside this hotel only we can go to Panchamukhi, Rama Theertham,Agni Theertham, Rama Kund and APJ abdul kalam house we can see near by. Rooms are good and decent but a small suggestion is to check your AC and Geyser for hot water before check into your room.

Not worth the price. Small room. I booked ac double deluxe room. But it was average quality. Staffs not courtous enough. Check in &checkout time 12pm to 11am. No flexibility is allowed. Mattress is low quality . Other facilities are satisfactory.

rooms are decent, staff understands english, hindi and were helpful. but, the parking is bad and far from the hotel. no restroom near parking and our driver had a difficult time. also the reception folks have the switch to turn off geyser and ac. so, we had to reachout to them a couple of times to get them working. overpriced for the rooms and service.

Rooms are spacious. Service is very fast. Mr Satheesh and his team is very friendly and the best thing is they can speak hindi and English.

Decent hotel; AC - water leaking - needs improvement. Room service was good. Open parking available at 10min walk from the hotel.

Good hotel to stay with family. It is located within walking distance between Ram and laxmana theertham. We booked two triple sharing rooms for two days. The rooms were clean and neat. If we ask, they will provide a kettle also. From the main temple, it is approx. 1.5 km.

To be honest I like the rooms and behavior of staff they were very polite and helping me I don't why people are writing negative comments that there is no lift the stairs are very small in number and room are neat and clean. In my opinion there location are best within 1 km they cover 5 important Temple by walk you can easily cover next time I will visit this hotel surely

Everything is fine about this place, staffs is good and facilities is great, i wish 4.5 stars are available due to high price only I'm reducing it 4.5 stars. You can't expect cheap hotels in rameswaram though

I stayed with my family at this place for a night. The room pictures that we saw on the website or on Google were completely different from reality. The room was very old, using spring beds, poor quality and horrible bathroom. We paid close to 4k for a night but the service and rooms quality was disappointing. I highly recommend everyone NOT to book this place. Thanks

He did not give the receipt, said will be sent to whatsApp. Took only cash, did not accept cards. charged for extra bed which was not provided. Followed up for 14 days.. still did not refund. FRAUDS....!!! BEWARE. Building is still under construction, hazardous, no SAFETY, no lifts/elevators

Room what showed in online was not upto the marks. hotel toilet flush have lot of problem most of time it doesn't work, Mosquito are lot. As per Rameshwarm town hotel is just ok. But if you are coming with family👪 I don't recommend. Hotel room just ok Hotel toilet 😒 not good Staff good 👍 The best thing is the staff is very helping. Location for temple visit is near.

The reply I got from Hotel NNP Grand Owner on my review is totally misleading. I challenge them. He should show me the video footage. If I checked out at 11:00 pm. He behaved inhumanly considering the condition of my sick child and forced me to vacate the room. He came at 5:00 am. This is true, but even if they are talking about 11 o'clock, if they prove it, I will give them four times the rent. If he issues the certificate of his talk and shows the video of my arrival at 11:00 am. The customer who goes to the hotel with great confidence. If he does not get basic facilities. If you get stinky, dirty smelly bathroom and attract her by posting photos with glitz and glamour, then this is complete fooling.

One of the worst hotel in Rameswaram. They do not have lift. The blankets were smelly. Toilet flush did not work half of the time. No restaurant in hotel. Family room was very small, there was no space after puting two bed. Room service is joke here. Lastly the owner does not even care if you complain. Do not go by its false rating. Complete waste of money.

Untidy would be an overstatement. The walls have pan marks all over them and the AC water leakage over the walls is an eyesore. The bathroom is extremely smelly, it's best not to use it at all. The bedsheets are unwashed and smell awful. They DO NOT HAVE A LIFT yet.

It is awesome experience with NNP grand hotel . Very clean and cheap hotel near the Hanuman temple .

This lodge suit in in-front traffic road. Always noisy. Toilet really very bad. What you seeing in pictures on internet doesn’t match while visiting directly. Room smell not good. Probably need some improvement as per your internet pictures. This lodge looks like other state bus stand lodge not like devotee lodge. All over foot steps everywhere they kept materials.. room servant not even giving back balance money. This lodge not suits for family. Think twice before you book this lodge.

Worst hotel u can ever get into. Dirty rooms. leaking bathroom, 1 km away from parking lot, bedsheet was very old and may be used 1000 times.The experience was a complete disaster.

Firstly, rooms are tidy and spacious enough. AC was working. Bed spreads and bathrooms are clean. The location is almost correct and is near to Rameswaram Temple. There are nearby hotels restaurants for having food. Staffs are cooperative. Not too costly and well. I would say economical. Now, as regards the Parking facility, what they have, is an open plot near Lakshman Kund; which is 500 mts away from the hotel. Water was charged.

Rooms are small. The corridor is very narrow. The rooms windows facing the corridor which can be opened and accessed by any stranger. Mosquito problem is significant. No lift. The winding narrow staircase to upper floors. The parking area is around 800m away from hotel. The hotel room rent doesn't justify the facilities in the room. Although they promised hair dryer, coffee machines and daily room service, nothing of that sort is available. Infact, one of the rooms I had hired had the toilet overflowing.

Mr Sathish took care of me very well during my trip to rameswaram. Their charges are very nominal and they even help arrange transportation to places in and around rameswaram. Overall their hospitality was mind blowing. Mr Sathish was kind enough to helps me . I loved the trip and my stay at Rameswaram. And i like to thank Mr. Sathish.

Nice place to stay, property manager Mr. Satheesh was a pleasure to work with. Only gripe was the harmless June bugs or similar small beetles that raided our rooms. There were many of them and my kids got scared a little.

Very good hotel, neat and hygiene.. Staffs are very friendly, close to temple and restaurants, will prefer this hotel again. They have terrace to dry wet clothes which is very important in Rameswaram.

Mr Satish and Kumar took care of us very well during our one day trip to rameswaram. Their charges are very nominal and they even help arrange transportation to places in and around rameswaram. Though they don’t have a restaurant inside Kumar helped us buy food from hotel as we were super tired to have it outside. Overall their hospitality was mind blowing. We had to check in early morning as our train reached by 4am. Satish was kind enough to help me check in as soon as we reached at no extra charge which wasn’t the case with other hotels as they asked for 800 extra to block a room for us. The only drawback I felt was with the restroom. It can be more well maintained and the flush could work a bit faster. Otherwise we loved the trip and our stay at Rameswaram!

A lodge type of hotel with clean and decent rooms. Car parking is little far away at the hotel's owner house. No restaurant at the hotel, but plenty of other restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel is very good ,neat and clean ....room service is also good....there is geaser for hot water....overall good experience staying here.....will recommend this for everyone...... opposite to lodge there three hotels and food there is good....there is no hotel in lodge....but the room boy will buy and come if you asked...overall pleasant stay.... friendly workers....u can inform them if you need to auto or car....they will arrange for it...

It was an average hotel. Expensive for the quality they offer. The room door was faulty, blanket was thin, the bed was not cushiony, far away from the temple, restaurants are close by, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived. There are much better options close to the temple. You may choose this if you don’t have any other option or choose this if you are looking for a quadruple room
