Few people suggested it as among the best dining options in Rameshwaram. Found it quite average Best dishes - vada, plain dosa, tea Dishes I would skip - pongal, ghee roast While I initially felt they weren’t as good, dining at other options made me realise this is still among the better places to eat at.

Loved this place! We went there in the evening to grab a quick bite. The idli, dosa, vada were very tasty. Even the service was quick and nice. This place is next to the Rameshwara temple towards the west entrance ( if I remember correctly). We specially went there again for breakfast because it was soo good.

Eaten multiple times here on Rameswaram trip. Very tasty food, very polite staff. They serve food fast. The meals are very tasty and also tried kothu parotha (very delicious)..

Taste was okay. Sambar was not that good. Hygiene was well maintained.

We had lunch at this place based on suggestion from a local friend after tired of eating other unknown places. Truly the food is marvellous and very hygiene. They have paid attention to every detail to ensure food is healthy and tasty. Even dessert is prepared with absolute care. We enjoyed the lunch and would recommend others to visit instead of trying other unhygienic places. Best thing is their excellent service. The serving person was very helpful to accommodate all the wishes of my 4 years daughter with out showing any expressions, helped with all the curries even when required extra and was very helpful. Owner was observing and ensuring all customers are taken proper care. Very hard to find this kind of hotels in tourist places as generally the mindset will be different. Overall we had a very satisfied meal and a pleasant experience.

Superb food. Very close to the west gate of the temple. My personal recommendation would be Masala Dosa & Idli Chutney. Eat with your hand and enjoy.

I normally don't give 5 stars to a place just like that but this place really ticked all the boxes, as expected. The food here is superb. I came here for lunch and dinner and they didn't disappoint even once in all the dishes that my family and I ordered. The staff is very courteous as well. The price for the food is very much deserving, at the same time it's quite economic. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants a nice meal in rameshwaram. I know when I come back here, I'll definitely visit again.

We ended up going here for lunch on all days that we were in Rameshwaram. Served on a banana leaf, they have "unlimited meals" (aka "All you can eat"). Sambar, Rasam, etc. taste amazing and service is great! Pricing is less than Rs.100 per plate. Would definitely recommend, not only for South Indian travellers but also for others who want to experience the local food. You'll most probably not find a better South indian meal in Rameshwaram.

Just few days back i was in Rameshwaram for 2-3 Days and i visit this restaurant Ganesh Mess to try the south indian food and every item is delicious ,,,please try Parota and Chappti i love this item. For Location it's very near to rameshwaram temple gate and its near main chowk from where dhanushkodi buses run.

I packed Chappathi and idlis as I was leaving rameswaram by train. It was hot and fresh till I boarded my train (even after 90mins or so). Also tasted really good. Didn't try the meals here but I feel the tiffins are really good here. I'd come to this place once again, if I come to rameswaram again.

It is a nice small place which serves tasty authentic south indian-tamil cuisine. The gesture of the owner and staff is friendly and you will want to go inside, sit, relax and have sumptuous breakfast/snacks. They will seve it with personal touch and smile. That is what matters.

I look this service person. The one old man has been a very good customer service. He is very attractive the customer gas been properly delivered the food. The 3 man people eat the veg meal, the taste and gud customer service, is totally 40 people are eating at same time.

It's good compare to others restaurants in Rameshwaram. Near to West tower entrance. We had meals and parotta for lunch and packed chappthi for dinner to have in train. Parking is the problem and no parking available and only limited people can sit and have. Better to take auto for drop and can go back by auto.

Super Hyped... Don't know why this place so much ratings. Went there by seeing ratings. But it's super bad, went sat there, without even asking the waiter bought the banana leaf and started serving us the items(south meal), 3 bhaji, not even single thing had taste, smelly rice with sambar. The 2nd refill took ages, coz server was slow and not attentive. One papad and pickel was saving grace. 110 for that meal. Waste of money, server was near even i wanted to pay the bill he wanted the tip for the poor service. Please don't go, you can try the next restuarant if you want, sarvana bhavan. There Meal was good. Above honest review is for meal(thali) we had for lunch. Didn't try any other items.

It serves splendid breakfast, tea, coffee in the Morning followed by Lunch in form of Meals, Rice & curd, etc to exotic Dinner in evening. Its best on the island. An excellent place not to be missed at all. Its Best in whole Rameshwaram.
