Only one word can describe this mall and that is AMAZING

Worst customer service. No ventilation in the mall, not even a fan. I’ve been sweating for about a hour inside, and asked the supervisor about having a fan, he replied rudely and arrogantly that there is a fan, go and stand there. I advise you if you want any necessary things that you can only bought there, then choose it. Otherwise if you give priority to you respect, consider other options. If any Elahi employee watch this review, please arrange a feedback booth at you shop, so that people won’t insult you in the public.

Shop was good.., but the workers are too worst... Especially Most of the Female workers are very irritating...! If we ask for any information about products, they not responding & behave like lord labakdoss..!

I am reviewing this my personal experience in the Shopping mall. One of the Busiest shopping mall in Ramanathapuram. I am regularly purchasing goods here. Its a super market like. So you can search and bring what we want to purchase. Workers only they arrange items and guide us. And IMPORTANT Is that the products they selling here is mostly branded and genuine only, not second third quality items. So the price range will be little costlier. Because of their thinking that not comprising in quality , Ramnad Peoples trust the shop.

Good to do for groceries shopping

We can get all necessary groceries on ground floor and 2nd floor having all kids items, stationary and cosmetics items as well and 3rd floor having all gift items. My suggestion: Here, u can buy groceries with reasonable price but other items are too costly and particularly toys items are very old and costly....
