The first modern shopping complex of Ramanathapuram. There are many floors and all sort of business establishments. There are three Bank branches and ATMs. They also have a big wedding hall. The parking area is in basement. Strategically located on GH Road which can easily approached from all directions.

Good wedding hall. Parking is located at the back and you have go round about. Elevation of the marriage hall is not maintained/painted and looks ugly

The first shopping mall constructed in Ramanathapuram but due to certain administrative charges it was not popular amoung vendors. But now we could see a lot of textile showrooms. But still many floors with unoccupied stalls. So it is not a mall it is a complex right now anyway. Toilets are unhygienic and never cleaned I can say so with very bad small at the time I visit.

Really huge mall but most of shops are empty. I don't know why. It is first mall is in Ramanathapuram. There is also parking facility. There is one super market, MI Showroom and some finance company and computer accessories atm ad more are available.

It is located near ramnad GH and B1 police station. Shops like gents readymade, footwear, computer and big super market available inside this centre. And there is a prayer hall inside for Muslims. Lift available. And two ATMs also available. Place is more spacious and neat.

Place is superb.. But need proper maintance to visit people
