One of the best shopping mall in Chennai, It is essentially big mall in there. The all types of Brand showroom is there in this mall. Clothing brands, footwear brand, electronic equipment brands, food and beverages brand etc, All types are available there. I don't get too much time to explore here. The food court also very well arranged. The mall also have Movie theater with latest technology. I was happy to stay here.

Good place to have a good entertainment. Parking was so easy to go and park the car. Lift system was quick and easy to access for every floors. Food was the best thing there and that's why there was lot of crowd in that eating area. Escape cinemas was arranged perfectly with social distancing guidelines. Restroom is available in the mall, not sure whether available in all the floors or not. Fun zone for kids is little compact for them. That idea was really cool. Very neat place. Had a great time over there.

Nothing stands out much if your visiting Anna Salai or Marina definitely you can make a visit here and if your lucky you can catch celebrities on a stroll (If your 🍀 🤭) Parking is available for both Two wheelers and Four Wheelers and I paid around Rs.120 for 5 hours which is kinda of good. parking is cheaper when compared to Phoenix Mall and we can park out two wheelers in the mall itself. There food court is huge and have a beautiful view. Apart from that there is a large space from the entrance. There are a lots of stores such as Big Bazaar , Fossil , Life style , Star Bucks , Home Center , Puma , KFC , Burger King , Escape Theatre , H&M , Westside , Decathlon etc .. It was hard to locate the toilet 😅 Hope they create better visibility in this area. Had visited Escape to watch a movie and they were following COVID Protocols and the theatre was well maintained. The best shopping mall in Chennai. A cool place to spend a night when you are in the city. It's got everything from shopping to amusement and a big food court. Although the food court here is quite huge, I felt that it lacks some of the major food franchises like McDonalds and KFC. This is a very good place to go if you want to cool off a bit. As well as the Western stores (Marks and Spencer etc) there’s a craft section on the ground floor which while not as cheap as a street market, sells good quality stuff - we bought a bedspread.Great Mall with a good variety of stores ! The Spa on the 3rd floor next to the Movie Theatre is Fabulous and for a World Class Treatment look for MarieIt was clean everywhere at the mall which I appreciated. There is a good variety of shops. I found that products in the supermarkets on the bottom floor are well organized and presented. On the top floor, where there is a good view over the city, I had a strawberry fruit juice which tasted well. The sales people neither speak the local language nor English . They boldly say they can speak only Hindi. If we need help , we need to speak in Hindi to extract help. The girl who stands near the fitting rooms behaves as if she owns the store & the people at the cash counter push people for the membership card inspite of polite declination .! Such a nice store with diverse choices and yet the service sucks !! West side management needs to reconsider their service people at this location.!

Honestly a very nice mall that has all of the big name stores and a great food court! I visited several times throughout my stay in Chennai and was never disappointed! A few key stores that they have: Nike, Under Armour, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Puma, and H&M. It makes for a nice place to escape from the heat as well since the mall is well air conditioned!

This is the biggest mall I've been to in India. What a selection of shops. Any brand that one can think of is there and then some more! One of the best malls in Chennai. Has a lot of international brand showrooms like Steve Madden, Louis Philippe, la Coste and many more. Also has indigenous showrooms like Max, trends.. And food court is so big it can accommodate nearly 300 people at a time. Also conducts events during festive seasons which are entertaining for the visitors. It has theatre (spi cinemas) inside it which is just awesome. Overall it's an amazing experience.

This mall is located at a distance of about 2kms from Chennai egmore railway station. Easy to reach. It's good enough to spend some time with friends and to chill out. It also has many shopping centres, like pantaloons, fbb, H&M, lifestyles, bata etc. It's is spacious and well-maintained. However, I noticed today that most people are not wearing masks, and there's no proper hygiene followed. I've hardly seen sanitizer bottles in the mall.

EA is one of the biggest and premium mall in Chennai, have some good parking area, u can find variety of Indian and international brands shope in here. 3 rd floor that's were you find alot of games and all those stuffs, I spend my most time up there taking penalty with robotic goal keeper 😂. You will find lots of international brand shop in this mall. When i visited this mall i found it too clean of each floor. Best part is for me that i found wheelchair over there, it helps me a lot for my mother for roaming around the shopping mall. You can move with wheelchair in every floor. You need submit your passport or national id to take the wheelchair from ground floor. Once you return the wheelchair they will return passport or national is.

Ice creams and other kids snacks are good.. they charging minimum deposit Rs.1000 for fun zone and there is no return policy which is irritated... Shop security guards in every doorway and they will check your purchases against your receipt. This is normal and should not be taken as suspicion. Also, in some shops they will take any larger bags from you for keeping until you leave. This is not a criticism, just the way that they do it. Very well air conditioned so a relief form the streets outside. Easy to get a TukTuk on your way out, to your next destination. Opens at 10am for the shops and later for the cinema. They also have offices in the same building so you need to pa attention to which entrance door you need. Bottles of water can be bought at some of the cafe/food outlets.

Best mall in the heart of the city. Ample car parking is available at a reasonable cost of Rs.40 per hour. Most of the food joints in the food court close by 10pm. The Burrito outlet was one of the few options that was available when we landed there around 10 pm. The food quality and quantity are appreciatable. All big brands have their presence here.

Bit expensive- I don't like their food court because we can't pay directly- need to buy a prepaid card load money into and pay from that-no refund, no direct payment. A glass of juice that costs 30-40 Rs outside costs 120-150 Rs inside the mall, so I avoid having food here. Many rest rooms are often closed/under maintenance. Shops are fine. Good place to hang out, parking is also charged heavily but a bit cheaper than other malls.

I went to EA post the opening of the mall. Ofcourse it's a fancy mall with so much branded outlet And it's absolutely a place to hang out for long hours. I was so surprised to see that there was just one restroom for the entire mall which is shocking as I never came across this in phoenix or marina mall. And there is no mention of restroom anywhere in the mall and you literally need to keep asking each and every shop keeper to locate the place. Am not sure what customer experience they plan to provide and expecting us to figure out each and everything. And adding to it absolutely zero safety in this mall, people don't even wear mask and they come in so much in group. Horrible experience it's safe to stick to Phoenix and Marina.

Has to be the most central mall in Chennai. The shopping experience is good. It has most of the international brands as you would expect from other malls like Phoenix and Forum. Food court also had a decent number of restaurants. Nice and clean washrooms. 2 levels of basement car parking.

I appreciate the Parking charges it's far better than VR mall. But food court card minimum withdrawal is 100₹ i.e once if we buy a food court card and after using it you cannot take the balance amount. That making us to invest in the card carefully

Great shopping experience. Almost all the top brand products are available. Restaurants, snack bars, game zones are available. Theatres reopened. Well maintained and attractive ambiance. No hypermarkets which is adequate for the altogether shopping experience.

One of the best Mall located in a central location that is accessible by everyone, the best theatre, fun city and many others. 2 new restaurants have also opened in the mall; Mount Road Social and Punjab Grill, mount road social is only for 18 years above and it’s preferable for couples and friends. Punjab Grill is an authentic Punjab restaurant, but this is at the expensive side, but still it’s worth to try it once as their deserts and Mocktails are awesome.

From electronic gadgets to Beauty accessories there are lots to choose. There's a large Food court with several cuisines to choose from adding to that Kids Zone & Cinemas are available at Top floor. Taco bell is the new addition. I have been visiting this mall for several years now. You can just visit for fun or spend your earnings for pleasure or needs.

One of the best malls in Chennai. There is a very good variety of stores, you basically get everything and more that you wold expect from a mall. There is a good food court with an adjoining play area for kids. This can get quite crowded pretty quickly though and can be challenging to find a table. There is a good movie theatre too in the same building. This place gets overwhelmingly crowded on the weekends, especially in the evenings. Hence, please avoid going here during these hours, especially if you are not a fan of large crowds.

The only problem I had was that visitors weren't being questioned for not wearing masks. But that makes sense when you are wearing one for hours on end... The staff do it though, great work....

It's umm great I believe , should make some improvements tho but it's great the food was good and the things you can see there are.. Normal, it's all just some purchasing stuff that's it no games or stuff should have a new section for games and console it still lacks exterior tho; the photo on the cover. Is exactly opposite to the way it looks in real time.

It was beautiful! The lights were really pretty and took some good pics. However I wish they still illuminated the lights after 10:30pm as when I finished watching my movie and went outside to photograph the pretty lights, all of them were switched off. Could have illuminated them till the 11:30pm show got over.

Just disappointed by the parking fees they charge. They should at least waive it off for people who have done a certain amount of shopping at the mall.

The years old Mall is surely a nice Vent out spot for people from different age groups.From A to Z they have shops for everything.H&M,FavAlley,Forever 21,lifestyle and so for styling up and krispy Kreme for doughnuts and jimosa chat for snacking up and so on they have sorted shops out well.l was able to witness the fullyfilmy logo there.People who are to book any online cabs or autos from ola or uber any such of those sorts kindly make it clear of where you are and mention the gate no properly to avoid chaos especially when you are new to the city.

Located in General Peters Road this Mall is one of the biggest in Chennai. There is 5 Screen Cinema Complex on 4 th Floor. The nearest Metro is LIC metro station. The Mall is well maintained and hygienic The only minus point is there is no toilet/rest room in the whole Mall. There is one in first floor but it is found like locked.

We have been here a number of times. It's been there for a long time in the city. We watch movies at SpiCinemas (PVR) Escape theatres on the top level. It has funcity which my kid enjoys very much. It has Home Centre and a lot of branded showrooms. Parking is available and the fare is not much higher.

EA mall is one of the famous and biggest mall in chennai. It's an multi purpose mall and entry is absolutely free. During festival time any events will happen ever and you can participate. They have food court, shopping stores, kids zone and theater. Must visit place in chennai. The 3 star is cuz the parking fee is bit pricy so people can park their bikes in nearby streets to avoid parking charges or park your bike in outside paid parking area.

Second biggest and best mall in chennai. Always attractive and colorful. They usually change their inner decorations according to the festive seasons. This time when i went it was all about EASTER. It looks so beautiful with all those lightnings

Good mall but used to be better and busier earlier. The theatres are still good but the food court has become a little bit dead compared to earlier. Big bazaar is no more there and there is a smart bazaar in place which is basically like a storehouse with stuff instead so no ambience yet. The washrooms could be neater as well. Overall the good part of the experience was the size of the mall, some exhibitions on the top floor and some joints in the food court.

Big mall with decent amount of sight-seeing for both kids and elders. For kids, there is fun-city which is quite big and had many rides. Food-court has all foods from anjappar to chinese, chats etc. Falooda was okay-okay; but waffles were delicious and definitely worth a try. PVR escape has I guess totally of 8 cinema halls. Seat numbers are neatly marked creating confusion in the dark. However, overall this mall is a good package if you want to spoil some time of about 4-5 hours.

Good mall to rome and kill time also you can get almost anything from a coffee from "Star Bucks" to home at apartments. There are lot of malls and it is a 3 storied building. Had fun roaming around.

EA is still one of the nicest malls in the city. Very good selection of stores, much easier to navigate compared to some other malls in Chennai, air conditioning is reasonably strong, and there is ample parking.
