We were staying at a nearby hotel and wanted to try this restaurant because of the raving reviews but was immensly dissapointed after seeing their dinner buffet. The veg cheese balls had absolutely no cheese. They said the chaat was "make your own" 2 mins after I made my own chaat, I saw the servers making it for other people The cusines they had wasn't that great They showcased stacks of pasta, but they don't make you pasta. In one line, not worth the 950 bucks per plate

Tried this restaurant for Lunch due to reviews from Google. Positive aspects are food quality and taste. Also the place and ambience is quite good, since its part of a big hotel. Negative aspects is either they are totally understaffed or very poor in service totally. Service is so pathetic and non responsive. It took nearly 50 mins to get hot water to drink after multiple reminders. Many food options were not available from the Menu and they take their own sweet time even to take order. Go here only if you have lot of time to kill and wish to spend more money for it.

One of the better places to eat at in Rameshwaram town. The vegetarian lunch buffet spread was good, some dishes were surprisingly tasty. The staff was courteous but service can be a bit slow when the place gets full. The toilets are clean.

Experience was okayish. Service staff are well behaved, but food was pretty average. Certainly not as per the google reviews that are thrown on this. It is inside JKR resorts and there is not much display outside to indicate there is a restaurant inside. Parking was good! Walk to restaurant was good as well, well maintained swimming pool nearby. But AC inside the restaurant was too chilly, and again food was pretty average and expensive.

5- star experience. Very less options like this in Rameswaram. If you want to have a peaceful dining experience out if city limits. It's within JKR resort and Spa hotel. Google maps may confuse. Just search for JKR and go in

We visited Gallery Cafe towards the end of 2020. We were staying at Rameswaram and looking for good food options and that is when we came across this place. The ambience and food is really good, but what really tops the charts is the hospitality that one would experience. The staff is extremely attentive to customer's needs. The service is fast and food is fresh. Our family (5 members) was taken care of by Amit, one of the staff members at the restaurant and each one of us was given utmost care and attention on our food requirements. The feedback good or bad was taken into stride with a positive attitude and improvement ensured immediately. An excellent option to eat at Rameswaram with best in class service.

We had dinner and breakfast, the cafe is part of the JKR resort and SPA. Must say north indian and italian cusine were really good, the chinese cuisine needs some work. Little on the expensive side but the food is good. Service guys were responsive but took more time probably because food was not ready sooner

Service is very poor, food is also not so great. I understand it was festival time with rush at the hotel, but the a la carte ordered by us was not at all anywhere close to the quality expected for the price being paid. Mixed veg had too much oil, rotis were under cooked and they just couldn't manage the place at all. There is absolutely no co-ordination between the staff and the whole place was complete chaos

We dropped by for an unplanned lunch at the Cafe as Residency Towers at almost 3pm. The cafe was kind enough to serve us lunch though it was almost past time. The food was refreshingly good. Ambience exquisite.

No systems in place. Everything is chaos at entrance. Asked the reception if this cafe was inside the resort. He said yes but failed to mention that it's closed. (What did he think I was there for?) After parking they tell us it's closed and will only open for buffet. In that case why don't they show themselves as closed on maps? Not sure how the food is. Don't care.
