Worst hotel ,the rooms are good but the restaurant has to be given to some outsourcing company. Many tourists come to TAMILNADU hotel for staying as it has good view along the beach and parking. But the food is total waste. Ordered coffee tea which costs 25rs which is totally waste,the tumblers are not cleans and the kitchen hygiene needs more attention. Next we went for complimentary breakfast which was horrible,the menu's were limited and taste was so bad, nothing tasted good. Only the sambhar was good,other than that it's waste. Won't definitely recommend any tourist to eat here. There are many restos nearby at a walkable distance so pls visit there

Money worth of foods and unlimited buffet food method

Too much space is there inside. A big pandal type space about 2000 people good shade seating facility for any katha, Pravachan etc. Overall nice clean and maintain habitability. Rooms also good. Restaurant facility also good. Outside car parking area and garden also is there.

Memorable stay with sea views

Whilst the hotel itself is a nice place to stay, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant simply due to the poor quality of food, water and even quantity. First time I saw puri meals where they offer puri along with meals. However the quantity(rice) was not enough nor felt like asking more due to bland taste. They have some huge water dispenser but it was salty tap water. Neither RO nor mineral water available. They use dip tea with milk through machines which didn't taste good enough either. The complimentary breakfast was okay, priced 130 for extra members, still the tea was watery. Samosa and veg roll costs 70 rs each plate, which is not worth that money. Even the street food nearby is better. However staff tried their best to help and were courteous.

Pls check the pricing before order becoz they revised the prices of dishes. Coming to quality, it is worst. While I complaint about the food quality they said lethargically said they are not responsible.

Best hotel room and canteen in the surrounding, value for money undertaken by Govt of Tamil Nadu, with CCTV and security surveillance . Parking lot is separate and total of 68 rooms are there some rooms view next to Sea . While booking ask them for Sea view rooms which has a great view. Buffet lunch and dinner is optional and add on to your budget while booking the room.

Hotel Tamilnadu at Rameshwaram is a decent and is in close proximity to the temple with ample parking spaces.. It's hard to find a starter hotel with decent amenities, excellent parking area, decent and well ventilated rooms, complimentary breakfast, bay view, beach access while also being a stone throw away from the temple.. Recommended for short stays.. The hotel booking page can be buggy at most times, you can reserve rooms over phone after 10AM on the previous day if they are still available.. Highly recommend making online reservation before arrival as it's fully booked during EVERY special ocassion.. Note: ONLY VEGETARIAN FOOD option is available in the hotel and in the entire island of Rameshwaram.. NO LIQUOR shops operate in the island..
