Its my experience only...Rooms are spacious but every thing inside room components like 1.fan it's regulator was broken 2.Heater inside my ac room was not worked.we need to inform receptionist to Switch on for our room specifically. 3.No extra blanket. 4.no room freshner. 5.finally no offer like discount eventough booked multiple rooms.

We have stayed here many times and it was good. I felt rooms are not maintained properly now a days..We have booked 4 bed AC room for a day...When we checked in, we have noticed that room and bathroom was not cleaned properly but when I complained to the room service, they took immediateaction..Service is ok..Door is not opening or shut properly..Everytime when we enter or exit the room,we need to fight with the door to lock the room...only good thing is that hotel is close to the temple...other than that I don't find any good reason to stay here again...

Currently staying in this hotel. 1. Ac has water dripping. 2. Geyser not working so gave us washroom of another room to take bath. We had to carry our cloths, soap and towel there. 3. Towel given very thin which we will not even give to kids to use. 4. Blankets like bushes, requested to change but manager denied saying abhi nahi hai and gave us BEDSHEET at the place of blanket. It was biting for sure. 5. The blanket given earlier was like single bedsheet size for double bed. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

The place kinda okay - has restaurant attached to it - food and stay is okay for the budget. Parking is okay. The bathrooms don't have showers and they switch on the geysers only for an hour in the morning and the room service is not efficient- we ordered Tea in the morning but they didn't even bother to deliver or care. Overall - budget hotel nothing great to expect- all the facilities are Average

Had a bad experience here. The rooms are good and clean. The main reason I did not like this place is due to the behaviour of people here. We have paid around 9k rent for rooms, still the receptionist is asking to give money for the boys who maintain the place. There were 4 boys and we have given 20-30Rs each, still they were not satisfied. Had a very bad behaviour from their end. Hence it's 1 star overall. Too costly as well. Not worthy for the price. AC and hot water are not under our control. Everytime we should request them to switch on these things.

Very poor service. We had to repeatedly ask for towel & soap.. We didnt get both before our temple visit..No waste basket in the room. We dont recommend a stay here.

Such an worst maintenance. These people never care about their customers. When the heater was turned , all the taps were getting shock, when complained to front office they were cared about it and asked to take shower in a different room, asked for change of room, they said they can't do that. Such an worst experience. People with kids ,please avoid this place as it's extremely dangerous

Rooms are all clean and spacious. Best location for the pilgrims, since it’s just in front of western gate of main temple

Careless people , post giving room , no response , it's was sleepless night , no water in toilets , they clueless what's happened ..huge noise in corridors late night , even no efforts to check or stop ...no choice since travel people booked ...hotel 😡

Good and safe accommodation for a one day trip

The only saving grace is the great location of the hotel and the reasonably big room. However the room service is very poor and the hot water facility to the room is bad and has to be requested repeatedly tonne set right .

Very expensive, They charged 6k for 2 beds. rooms are large and maintenance is not that good. No floor mats, We need to ask them to put the heater on for hot water. Control is located with the reception. They will switch it off after some time. Have to go to reception multiple times for hot water.

Went with recommendations but pathetic hotel to stay with your family. Stinking in room not at all worth staying there, Staff is rude when asked anything they simply deny first.

Average hotel very close to temple entrance with AC rooms and lift. Rooms are very spacious and everything was in working condition. We have to ask for everything like even for drinking water. They will start geyser only when you call them. Bathrooms are big but could be more clean. Decent people and lots of room service guys available.

Location very near walkable distance to temple west entrance. Restaurant attached is ok. They have lift.and being recently constructed all tiles from floor to ceiling. So looks neat. The heater they will switch on at morning 4AM only. You have to call receptionist for this. Rightly priced AC double room .

Two good things which every tourist would like to have at any spot. 1. Distance from the temple and 2. Spacious Rooms. Both of these you can get at this hotel. Distance from west tower is withing 250 meters. For AC room for 3 beds they charged 2100 Rs for 24hrs but there were no amenities inside like towel/soap(which are very basic for any hotel). Bathroom was also Ok Ok.

My friend shared this hotel, and i was not comfortable to stay and looking premium property, but we find the comfortable stay. Need little professionalism like good quality of blanket and regular pest control request to management. Clean bedsheets n pillow covers. Very near to temple, we visited twice as its easy accessible. Good restaurants near by, super store just opposite. Near to Bus station, railway station, shopping market. Neat n clean rooms. Value for money Suggested to stay if you are on divine trip.

Location is good near to Rameshwaram Temple. It's not hygienic. The main problem is they are not accepting any digital payment. All you need to pay cash. Car parking is good. Bathroom, I won't recommend as per price.

Big hotel but Money minded management. If you can adjust for a night then you can stay there. They are not even cleaning the bed sheets after each check out. The room we got the bed sheets were moldy and dusty. From ac water was coming out and floor wet completely. The helping boys even if they don’t help will ask for tip. The only pro was spacious rooms

Have a phone call to book. This is a nice hotel (we used AC rooms)-2100RS per night. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were the same too. Rooms were clean and staff were ready to help. Highly recommended if you want to visit Rameshwaram. It’s very close to temple ( around 300 m only)

Hotel is average but not so good, there is no proper clean inside the room and they will not even give you towel, for everything you have to call them, and there was not foot mat in any room , we have taken 2 rooms , but no foot mat and we have checked in 8:05 am in the morning and checked out at 9:50 am so it is extra hour of 1:45 min, where they were asking 500 extra per room so they were asking 1000 Rupies extra, for 1:45 hour, which I felt very bad and they are just making money like anything, they want to loot you , I will not recommend this hotel to any guests. Sharing just to aware of this type of person.

Hotel room was good, spacious. Room service was not good, not only us but I heard lot of other people complaining about room service in front of me. They don’t even give a bottle of packed drinking water and charges for that too. Regular water will be provided. Bathroom was not that clean. Intercom doesn’t work. Even complaining for something takes lot of time. They just try to earn and ask for tips even for small task.

We had very bad experience. I will never recommend this hotel as the owner was very rude. Room was very bad, ac had dripping water. The hotel owner also mentally harassed us. Please never stay in this hotel.

Bathroom taps are leaking. Not suitable for senior citizens. Non -skid tiles could have been laid. No ramp facility. Bath room is at a higher level than the bedroom.

Worst hotel ever witnessed. The electricity system is not controlled and managed properly. Who the hell is the engineer who constructed these hotel rooms, they have set up the hand wash basin near the TV🤦‍♂️. Kindly do not visit this hotel ever in ur life, I repeat never!.

Located near to temple, easy to acess, 4 and 2 wheeler parking available, neat and clean rooms n toilets, AC room starting from 1k. Serves the purpose for a night stay. Restaurant also available, wherein idly vade dhose puri pongal available Bedsheets and pillows could be cleaner

Disrespectful behaviour. Dirty sheets, rooms, corridors and lift. Not cooperating with us at all. They asked us to leave the hotel when we asked for clean sheets and towel.

Room is quite big but the maintance is pathetic. cockroachs are cwarling in the bed . It's not worth for the price .Only pro is it's very near to the temple
