This place has the remains of 1964 cyclone. Numerous shops, stalls are diminishing the natural look of the area. Overall a good place to visit.

(Translated by Google) So far, this type of texture has got many marks in the sea parts of the world. This marine biological substance is also called coral stone. You can also see it through a link. Https://hi.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crawal_Shail-Category According to approval Ramseetu (Tamil: இராமர் பாலம் Ramar Palam, Malayalam: രാമസേതു, Ramsetu,) is a series of limestone in the middle of Tamil Nadu, the Rameswaram Island along the south east coast of India and the northwestern coast of Sri Lanka, between Mannar Island. [1] Geographical evidence shows that at some point of time the bridge connects India and Sri Lanka with the geo-route. [2] According to the beliefs of Hindu mythology, Or King Rama were two soldiers who apes the Ram's army, described primarily tap-get the name following the Ramayana, was carried out by [3] This bridge is 48 kilometers (30 miles) long [3] and separates the Bay of Mannar (southwest) from the Palk Strait (northeast). Some sandy beaches are dry and the sea is very shallow in this area, in some places only 3 feet to 30 feet (1 meter to 10 meters) that make navigation difficult. [3] [4] [5] It is reportedly Until the 15th century, it was able to cross the path until the storms deepened the carrier. According to the temple records, the Ram Sethu was completely situated above the water of the sea, until it broke through a cyclone in 1480 A.D. [6] This bridge was first mentioned in the ancient Indian Sanskrit written by Valmiki [3] The epic was done in Ramayana, in which Ram made it to reach Lanka for his apes (ape) army and to rescue his wife Sita from Raksha Raja, Ravana. [3] [4] For the first time, the western world faced it in historical work in its book "Rhodes and States (c. 850) by Ibn Khoradebe in the 9th century, it is set bound or" Bridge of the Sea ". [5] Some early Islamic The sources refer to a mountain of Sri Lanka as the crop of Adam, (where Adam is believed to have fallen to the earth) and through the bridge Adam to cross India from Sri Lanka Described in the form of Adam Bridge. [6] The Alburni (c. 1030) was probably the first person to describe it in this way. [5] This area is called the name of the bridge of Adam The first map was prepared in 1] 04 by a British cartographer. [3] The age Edit Ram Sethu's age has been a subject of controversy. According to the "Project Rameswaram" of the Geological Survey of India, the age figures of coral in this region show that Rameswaram island has developed 125,000 years ago. Due to changing sea level, it has been reported that the land between Rameswaram and Talaimannar, Sri Lanka was probably open from 7,000 to 18,000 years ago. The sand dunes between Dhanushkodi and Ramsetu are said to be 500-600 years old. [7] According to the 2003 survey of Bharathidasan University in Tiruchirappalli, the age of Ram Sethu is only 3,500 years. Dhanushkodi Tail Beach is a stunningly beautiful and remote beach located at the southernmost tip of India. The beach is named "Tail" because of its unique shape that resembles a tail. It is surrounded by the Indian Ocean on three sides and the Bay of Bengal on the other, making it a unique geographical location. Visiting Dhanushkodi Tail Beach is a true delight for nature lovers. The beach is pristine and untouched, with crystal clear blue waters and white sand. The beach is also surrounded by lush green trees and shrubs, adding to its natural beauty. The beach is not crowded, and visitors can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing experience amidst the natural beauty. The beach is not suitable for swimming, as the water can be rough and the currents strong. However, the beach is an ideal spot for sunbathing, beachcombing, and enjoying the breathtaking views of the sea. There are no facilities or amenities available at Dhanushkodi Tail Beach, so visitors need to carry their food, water, and other supplies. However, the lack of amenities adds to the beach's charm and remoteness, making it a perfect spot for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Overall, Dhanushkodi Tail Beach is a hidden gem that is well worth the effort to visit. Its natural beauty, remoteness, and tranquillity make it a perfect destination for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway.
