Raja Bhaiya was so humble and had a great personality. I had made the booking at the very last moment and was worried whether I would be able to reach the airport (Maduari). He assured me and dropped me off at a committed time. Though my overall experience in Rameswaram wasn’t that good as they don’t allow rooms for female solo travel (though after struggling a lot, I was able to manage), I can definitely say it ended up on a good note because of Raja bhaiya, who dropped me off by himself. I would highly recommend anyone who’s travelling to the south opt for cabs by them.

I visited Rameshwaram with my parents in October 2023 and booked a bus ticket from Rameshwaram to Kanyakumari through Raja Tours. However, the bus was cancelled at the last minute due to some issue. Raja ji came to our rescue and arranged a car for us at a very reasonable price. He was very helpful and courteous throughout the process. We reached Kanyakumari at 2 AM and the cab driver helped us find a hotel near the center point of the city. The hotel was convenient for visiting all the attractions in Kanyakumari. Thanks to Raja ji, we were able to see Kanyakumari without any hassle. He is a very helpful guy and I highly recommend his service to anyone who wants to travel from Rameshwaram. I booked this travel service for my parents. My initial plan was to hold the cab for 3 days and travel across Rameswaram - Thiruchendur - Kanyakumari. I wanted to ensure that it is a safe travel as there were 4 senior citizens travelling.. Raja, the owner of the travel agency heard our complete plan and suggested few changes because of which I ended up paying few thousands lesser.. I was sold already with this attitude which benefits the customer.. The driver he sent was also so good. My parents had only good things to say of him.. At every stage, both owner and driver ensured the safety of all 4 of them.. We are completely satisfied with the service provided..

We booked our trip of 3 days from madurai to rameshwarm, rameshwaram sightseeing and then back to madurai...car was good ...we needed hindi speaking driver and they provided the same...we planned to start journey by 9.30 am but we reached to madurai by 5 am...so started journey at 7.30 am... communication with the owner made everything easy...overall happy with the service...

Worst experience, drivers were very rude, they stopped the cab at the places where they get comissions, if you give handsome tip to the driver then only they will speak good with you or else they will not even talk to you properly, photos given of cabs while booking and actual cabs were different, AC not working, so overall i can say its its ZERO. i cant find any option to give zero star rating otherwise i would have given that. This is cheating man(to the owner).
