This place is pure bliss. You can go for a boat ride which will take you to the mid of the sea. The views which you capture here is definitely a treat to your eyes. If you are new here , give a try.

#Rameshwaram is a place of Spirituality. Sunset point is available. There are paintings/pictures about #Ramayanam kept nearby seashore. Boating is available (100โ‚น per head as on 5th Dec 2022). If you visit Rameswaram, do visit Seashore as well.

A sea shore used mainly by pilgrims. When we went there the water was black with the shoreline covered with disposed garlands and other Pooja stuff. There were even dead fish. Quite disgusting to be very honest, but the place being sacred and respectes by millions, we can give it a pass!

I love this beautiful sea shore. It's better than any beach like Goa and others. Bcz there is no rush and no commercial yet, no shops to rob u. It's a lonely place still, where u"ll feel, u r at any isolated island where u can enjoy and feel the water waves, weather, peace with yr partner or family. Trust me, u should go there.

Morning sunrise view is breathtaking. You see people taking holy bath in sea and The Sun rising from sea. Cool breeze added more charm to this heavenly experience.

Rameswaram is an island. So fully surrounded by sea only. Lots of pilgrims are coming to have dharshan of Sri Ramanatha Swami. Indian Government has taken lots of measures to protect them. Different kinds of transportation is available at reasonable rates. Bus services are good. Till end, silky roads laid down. At different rates anyone can get rooms to stay. Dhanush Koti is nearby.

Shore is not well maintenaned. Municipality has a done a lousy job keeping the place clean. Water is also quite dirty.

Nice place a bit dirty as people try to wash away not only sins but garbage too ๐Ÿ˜Š 200 meters from East entrance of temple. Shore is called agni teertham. Supposedly Lord rama after deciding not to dry samudra dropped the Lord arrow on this shore killing all the rakshasahas .

Was at this place sipping a tender coconut water during the sunset. Silent sea and scenic vibrant colors cools down your mind and soul - left a pleasant feel at heart.

It's a holy beach. You will love to spend some time in the early morning and evening here. But because of pollution and so much of tourism it has become dirty. If someone wants to take bath in the sea walk up 500 meters to the nearby water sports area. The water over there is clean and beach is also very safe to take bath. Awesome place BTW.๐Ÿ˜Š

Nice sea shore front of the rameshwaram temple. Many people have a dip here prior to visiting the temple which requires a change in clothes. There are multiple snack foodstalls here and also places to change clothes with a locker as well. Parking is a bit further away with walking distance from here.

One of the holiest ghats that we are supposed to take a bath in but very dirty i wish people were more sensitive to cleanliness by not putting Pooja samagri in sea water. Maybe we can take the Holi dip on a shore further up as water is clear there

74% of the area has sandy soil due to the presence of seaย and it has many islands surrounding it, the Palk Strait in the north west and Gulf of Mannar in the south East. The Ramanathaswamy Temple occupies major area of Rameswaram.

Rameshwaram is a beautiful island with the majority of the folks being fishermen. The sea shore is such a beautiful scenic view. The beaches are so attractive with soft sand. Just before you enter into the Pamban Bridge the right side strip of beaches are so cool and not crowded on a week day.

3 & 4 Wheelers are not allowed Surrounding the temple area. With limited availability of EV rickshaw Aged people are finding it difficult to reach in and reach out from the temple area. The government should make arrangements for easy mobility of visitors

Beach is naturally good with smooth slope and gentle waves. We can walk more than 200m away from shore and still water will be only 3.5feet deep. But temple beach is not clean.

Rameshwaram Sea shore and few metres of sea is getting mixed with drainage of that local areas is full of smell, dirt, old sarees, pooja items are all mixed and it doesn't felt holy to get bath there, Kindly Our Government Should Take an Immense measure to one of our india's most historic and tourist place.

Whoever says that sunsets are hyped has never visited the Sunset Point in Kanyakumari, which provides breathtaking and magnificent views of the setting sun amidst the clear bright sky in the background, and the pure blue waters underneath it. Formerly known as Cape Comorin, Kanyakumari is located at the southernmost tip of the Indian Peninsula and is famous all across the country for having some of the best views and sceneries. A must visit place for every visitor to Kanyakumari, the Sunset Point is the confluence of three ocean bodies: the Bay of Bengal, the Indian Ocean, and the Arabian Sea, which is also known as the Triveni Sangam. This confluence makes the scenes even more special and breathtakingly unique. What is more thrilling is the opportunity to see the setting sun and the moon rise simultaneously on full moon nights. It is then no reason to wonder why the Sunset Point attracts visitors from all over the world. The lighthouse further adds to the beauty of the views that can be enjoyed from here, and the place offers the opportunity to click some fantastic photos because of the beautiful interplay of the light and the ocean water. Additionally, if you are lucky enough, you will be able to witness the tides moving in a parallel direction to the shoreline and the ocean waters mixing and mingling beautifully in different shades of light and dark blue, which can easily be differentiated by the naked eye. Just off the mainland, you can also see the colossal statue of the Tamil poet and saint Thiruvalluvar, and the Vivekananda Memorial adjacent to it.
