One of the unique temples I have visited. Navagraha temple - Nine planets temple which is partially submerged in sea they built a pier around the god for ease of worshipping without getting into water. It's a main Pilgrim site also a beautiful scenic spot! Everyone must visit. Parking is available for all type of vehicles.

This Navagraha temple is located in the sea, and you must cross a little bridge to get there. Many people visit this site to worship the navagrahas. The idols are partially submerged in sea water; you can descend into the region and perform pradakshina in the sea water. The navagraha there are nine navabhashanam statchu nine in the water, there are no strong waves in the sea. It is a historical location. Lord Rama built and worshiped at this temple. There are no entrance tickets available. It is completely free. From morning till evening. There is plenty of parking available. Not well kept; cleanliness might be enhanced. It is not far from the highway and is easy to find using Google Maps.

Unique Navagraha temple with beautiful sea view. Deteriorating infrastructure is of an concern. Waves can be strong so idea of immersing or swimming in sea should be avoided. There are no police or security guards to safeguard or alert people getting into sea water.

The Navagraha Temple, nestled amidst the tranquil sea waters, presents a unique and spiritually enchanting experience for devotees and visitors alike. To access this sacred site, one must cross a small bridge that leads to a serene enclave surrounded by the gentle embrace of the sea. Here, the idols of the nine celestial bodies, known as the Navagrahas, stand partially immersed in the sea waters, creating a mystical and ethereal atmosphere. One of the most captivating aspects of this temple is the opportunity it offers to engage with the divine in an unconventional manner. Devotees have the privilege of descending into the area where the idols reside, allowing them to perform pradakshina (circumambulation) in the sea waters itself. This unique form of worship adds a profound layer of spirituality to the visit, as the rhythmic sound of the waves becomes a backdrop to one's prayers. In terms of convenience, the temple offers ample parking space, making it accessible to both pilgrims and curious travelers. This is especially important as it allows visitors to spend quality time soaking in the spiritual vibes of the temple without the hassle of searching for parking. However, it is worth noting that the temple's maintenance leaves much to be desired. While the natural surroundings are undeniably breathtaking, the cleanliness of the temple complex can be improved. Given the temple's serene location within the sea, it is essential to preserve the purity and beauty of the environment. Adequate steps should be taken to ensure that the temple remains a clean and sacred space for generations to come. Despite these maintenance concerns, the Navagraha Temple remains a place of deep spiritual resonance. Its unique setting, where the sea and the divine converge, creates an unforgettable experience for those who seek solace and connection with the celestial forces. This temple is a reminder that spirituality can be found in the most unexpected places, and it invites all to partake in its mystical aura, bridging the gap between the earthly and the divine. A visit to the Navagraha Temple is not just a physical journey but a soul-stirring odyssey, offering a chance to connect with the cosmos in a way that is both humbling and awe-inspiring.

This place is very accessible than before as the pathway to reach the Navagraha and to go around it has been constructured. But, due to that the charm is lost. Earlier we had to take a small ferry to reach the place. There is good amount of parking available. It is not far from the highway and is easily reachable with google maps on.

Navagraha temple installed more than 2000 years. The specialty of this temple is it's situated in side the Sea. It has been believed that Rama worshiped this temple and the cosmetic power is high while dipping the legs in the water.Navagraha parigara (Remedy) Pooja is very famous here.

Well informed/instructed temple with details/information being given continuously by the Temple authorities. The looks and location of the temple is definitely good but needs maintenance as the walls/steps are damaged. If well maintained, the temple will be better and more comfortable for elders and the needy people.

Very unique, ancient and rare Navagraha temple. Situated amidst the sea which is easily accessible by vehicle. Its easy to reach by walk. Out of of Navagraha only 5 are over the water and 4 under the water. History says these navapashana grahas was done by Shri Ramar himself. Its very special and important place for worship indeed. Don’t miss it.

This temple is for pariharam, it is in a beach shore, Get there by early morning 5am, it opens at 5:30am for navagragha pariharam. Do not try to approach any brokers/agents for doing pooja they will try to loot as much as possible. Bring extra cloths and towel if going to do pariharam.
