They charge 1300 for double bed ac room. For a room with no proper ventilation. There is one window which opens to verandah. So cannot even open it. Room is very congested. Bathroom is really bad n some smell comes out of it. No facility to eat food nearby also. They don't provide bed sheets . The worst hotel i ever stayed in all my travel experiences. One more thing is don't fall for the pics that they have posted in mmt. We fell for the pics and booked it. But the rooms are completely different and looks like some local lodge.

Only advantage of this place is it's proximity to the temple. If you go by your own vehicle avoid this place completely. No proper access to this place and absolutely no parking place. you have to park somewhere and pray that nothing happens to your vehicle since it's a very narrow road. Sheets were not changed and full of stains. you may call it a budget hotel, but for the room rent they charge it is Expensive for the facilities they provide. One final nail in the coffin is after 12noon expect someone to come and kick you out of the hotel if delayed even for a minute.

Nice hotel with good ambiance. Toilet was neat n clean. Tv n ac available. Walkable distance from temple. The road to hotel is bad for around one km thats the negative thing. Otherwise good stay for family.

The room was dirty. It was expensive compared to what it had to offer. No soap was given. Room was full of mosquitoes. Also toilet was not good. Shower was not working.

Total ridiculous service, Dont judge by hotel photograph its dirty, see down side bed, Poor cleaning...we are total 4 adult and 2 kid for 2 night they are not provide complimentary items, they provide after argument, Dont stay here, No parking facility, No TV facilities, for asking room cleaning only dry cleaning done, staff totally not understanding... request to dont judge by hotel photograph. Many Good hotel near Temple choose other options AND avoid SNN RESIDENCY I AM NOT TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS BUTS CHECK DEEPLY CLEANING NOT PROPER. I AM DISAPPOINT. One of the worst hotel in Rameshwaram. They took extra charge for rs 500 for 3 more hour to stay after that they denied to switch on the ac. Please take care from these fraud hotel

One of the worst hotel for stay in Rameswaram room are not clean no facilities they dont provide amenities and we ask for extra bed and did not give after a long argument they gave us the bed they are just money hungry people we just entered in hotel this morning from the beach and asked for rent and misbehave with us this hotel will be closed not need for this worst hotel and dont come with family there are more hotels near by with beter facilities and the things are not near

It's a good hotel in very peaceful area which is very near to temple. I think 5 minutes walking distance. Very well known by taxi and rikshaw drivers. So you can reach easily. Worth of money. I had a good stay.

This place is good for staying. It is located near to temple premises.

Good rooms with reasonable price. Land mark is near murugan mess or north gate backside. Staffs told address correctly i believe the people residing there will tell the address than maps. Rooms are best they provide room spray so no bad smell. Gud staffs pandy n other assistant. Muthukumar sir good person. They guided well for our vacation with kids.

Worst experience their bathrooms have no outward ventilator it has ventilator towards rooms. Toilet smell is leaking in rooms. You cannot stay in rooms, we booked four rooms and all have same problem.
