Four-bed A/C Spacious room. Clean and neat. Very good staff. Near to temple. Family-friendly. One and only problem is they have no parking space in the hotel, we have to park 100 mtr far away from the hotel on the roadside. There was a little fear of parking there but no other problems. There were plenty of other cars to park there.

Small rooms. Ideal only if you want spend few hours in the hotel. You don't get clean sheets. AC is good. When we wanted to checkout they said card machine is not working. During our stay there was some issue with the motor pump and there was no water in the tap.

I booked for 2 days and barely spent hours in the room given to me. I dont see people here mentioning few facts: 1. Water heater and AC controls are at the reception. If you need to switch ON any of these, you need to go to reception ask them to switch ON and then you can use it. Frustrating this is. 2. Bathrooms are one of the turn downs for me. Pot sheet moving. Noise from other guest rooms. Very small and in size. 3. Bedsheets, pillows were full of stains. 4. My room 103, TV was absent only bracket was placed. 5. Walls were completely stained, you cant sit for a moment. 6. No vehicle parking at all. Its in a very conjusted area. I went to a 4 star hotel, facing all this at a triple cost experiencing the room the next day early... I didnt get the new hotel in the night or else I would have vacated without getting into it. I think the staff is very well mannered for the hours that I spent. Its walking distance to Rameshwaram main temple. People who feel that they should atleast have a 3 star hotel as per their basics; cannot enter in these rooms. Some people may like as its based on individuals expectations. Sharing my experience.

Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay. Staff was good. Temple is on walking distance. And plenty of food options available in the vicinity. It could had been more comfortable if room service was available. Overall we enjoyed the stay there.

Un Supportive Staff, Rooms are not clean. Hot water not available. Provideed towel is not properly washed. Hotel management asked me to change room in between because they wanted to provide that perticular room to others.

The poorest hotel I ever stayed. I booked this hotel because for my date there were only 1 room available in online (25th Dec). NOT A COMFORTABLE STAY Only good things are, Nearest to temple Car reaches in front of Hotel but the lane is narrow.

Pros : 1. Good location - Ramanathaswamy temple is in walking distance ( takes 5 mins) 2. Variety room options ( non ac and ac, with spacious rooms for more than 3 people with double beds) 3. Reasonable price for non ac rooms Cons : 1. Overpriced for ac rooms 2. Old hotel infrastructure, so dont expect shear luxury, ok for a couple of days stays. 3. Check in and check out is not flexible. So you have to pay extra to match your travel timing. ( 12pm to 12pm checkin-out time is mostly absurd). Conclusion : budget hotel to stay, with good location. Rooms are available even in rush hours as they have lot of rooms. Recommended for budget stay lovers.

Appearance is totally different from photos as it looks. As to maintain clean room. Bedsheets and pillow cover were not properly washed. Unpleasant smell in room and restroom. Restroom is not clean.

They take our Aadhar card photo over phone, but never give any authenticated receipt with GST details. Possible misuse of our Aadhar Card details doubted, for which no convincing reply given by them. Always they insist for cash payment and discourage use of Gpay or card.

The ambience is good...but food and hospitality very poor.... rates for dishes too high and not acceptable at all... Very poor service Es

Very decent service and well behaved people. Staff are friendly. But could have been more keen on the maintenance side of the room and interiors. We were a team of 18 from Kerala and had a good stay in Ac rooms. No intercom for room service which makes a trouble but if this is taken care everything will be too good.

Very shabby and dirty rooms. The AC didn't work and we had to change rooms after we had settled down which was a pain. The location is walkable from the temple. There's no parking space. No card machine to swipe. The sink and toilets are despicable. Best avoided

Very nice stay .Iam fourth time visiting this property .Homely stay and friendly staff and supportive labours. All transportation for sight seeing are arranged by manager. Highly recommended one. All the best for duwaraka teams.

I stayed here during Oct 5&6 of '22. The behavior of their staffs are not fit to be in hospitality industry. Highly money minded,opportunistic in pricing. The rooms are poorly maintained like peeled off wooden furniture, damaged commodes,leaking pipes etc.

Very pathetic. Room is very small and no ventilation. Towels aren't provided on time. After so many follow ups, got towel and soap in the evening. Towels were dirty and weren't washed. Do not recommend this hotel at all. 0 star, didn't deserve a 1 star also. Also there no is no online payment, they accept only cash. Very bad experience.

Very nice to stay...Most comfortable very near to main temple.. Supportive staff arranged transportation for sight seeing places with affordable prices. Highly recommended one.All the best for duwaraka and team.

Booked ac room with hotel ,provided discount neat clean fabulous rooms

This hotel booked by phone and advance paid. While check in they asked full amount and advance amount they told return by online. But never returned .whenever I call it will be sent today. Cheating people.
