Prices are not negotiable anyway that time I was visiting the branch it doesn't have caret meter machine to ensure the quality of the products I purchased. But sales executives are friendly and card payments were available. Considering Ramanathapuram their collections might be sufficient but in my opinion that should be a little wider means that may give customers a good look for their purchase.

Worst shop overall experience for gold. They say for the gold with stone we gave for exchange and that the gold ear ring bought in lalitha in 2015 9.100 gram and billed for stone as well with one gram less in the bill 8.100 gram. But while returning the same earring they check and told that they will take it for 6.25gram. which sounds like a great fraud action. Worst ever experience.😡😡😡

You have to be careful at this place. If you know about the gold grades you can buy here. The representative always trying to convince our mind to buy with huge amount

Very worst quality Two days before i bought new golusu for my one year baby with in 12 hrs its started broken the next day i called lalitha jewellery rmd but they won’t accept the quality issue….They said we will update this issue to manager then we will call you shortly but still no reply from lalitha jewellery…. I’m 60 km away from from Ramanathapuram so not easy to reach shop…. So people should check before buy…
